The design gives it a casual yet elegant laid back flair that is also reminiscent of columned Southern antebellum style. A wide curved circular driveway leads up to its hospitable entrance that includes a covered porch below and a covered balcony above that spans the entire width of the house. This lovely Destin rental home has five bedrooms with the ability to sleep up to 16 fortunate guests since there are multiple sleeper sofas available. Chateau Louise is nestled away south of Emerald Coast Parkway and only a minute from the jewel toned gulf since this property also comes with a golf cart that's available to conveniently transport all your provisions for a day at the beach. You also have the option to just hang out by your own sparkling swimming pool out back. This enormous pool measures sixteen feet wide by thirty-two feet in length so there is plenty of room for refreshing fun. It is anchored at the end by a bubbling Hot Tub that can provide soothing relaxation for up to six. This home is loaded with creature comforts that include multiple flat screen TVs along with plush comfortable furnishings for leisurely lounging.

The first floor of Chateau Louise encompasses a Great Room with direct access to the pool patio. Ample seating faces the flat screen TV for evening entertainment. All of the lovely Guest Rooms are on this first floor level along with access to full bathrooms. The second floor has a formal living area that is richly appointed. There is a spacious open modern kitchen styled in a country bistro design and a dining table that seats six. Double glass doors lead out from the upstairs rooms to the columned covered balcony that graciously extends across the width of the home and looks down upon the shimmering pool below. The amazing Master Bedroom Suite is up here as well with a four posted king sized bed, a private luxury bathroom and a nearby study.

Although you will find yourself tucked away in your own special world at Chateau Louise you will find yourself conveniently located within the heart of everything Destin's Miramar Beach has to offer. Popular beachfront restaurants and fun beach bars are nearby on Scenic Gulf Drive. Silver Sands, the nation's largest Designer Discount Outlet is also close by. Lots have family fun can be had at Grand Boulevard and the delightful Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin which is also just minutes away.
