Beautiful View!

Our group of seven had a wonderful stay at Cliffview! With an amazing view of the beach, this property has a large deck with deck chairs and side tables, as well as a screened porch with table to seat six for dining while watching the sunset or searching the water for a glimpse of dolphins. This section of Blue Mountain Beach is peacefully secluded. Just head down the private steps from the deck to access the beach.

Beautiful view

My girlfriends and I do a week long prayer retreat every year. We have stayed at Cliffview each year for this retreat. What a beautiful view!! The back deck overlooking the bluff and the gorgeous gulf is such a huge blessing of this property! Even on cold or windy days in the winter, the deck provides protection from the wind, and a beautiful vista.The sunsets and sunrises are spectacular!! Since this home is on a cove, the privacy is incredible. There is very little traffic on the beach in front of the home and the depth of the beach is fantastic. I also have had the privilege to come back to this home in the late summer with my family ( 13 of us) and it has become our favorite home to vacation in. Can't say enough about how much we enjoy this home!!

Very comfortable

We have been coming there for several years. It is a gorgeous spot. The deck is very nicely appointed and the screened in porch is a wonderfulplace to sit if you don’t want to sit in the sun. It is a great location for getting to restaurants and shopping.

Relaxation with a view!

We have stayed in this house several times and have enjoyed it so much. The house is spacious, beds are comfortable, the deck is amazing with a screened in and large outdoor area. Paradise

My family and I have been fortunate to enjoy the beauty that surrounds Cliffview for many, many years. It is the best view on 30-A. The kitchen and bedrooms are well appointed and the living room, as well as the bedrooms, have gorgeous designer fabrics. In addition to being beautiful, it is a very comfortable and spacious house for a family gathering. And the huge deck— you have to see it to believe it. Watching the sunset from there comes close to a spiritual experience. You will think you have died and gone to heaven. Quintessential Beach Escape!

We chose Cliffview when we stayed with our entire extended family on 30A and vacation will never be the same! This is the quintessential Blue Mountain Beach house...plenty of space, sweeping deck views, and private beach access...need I say more? One major plus is separated en suite living for different families or couples and a nice central living area for everyone to hang out and decompress while enjoying a breath of fresh open air. Cliffview is exactly the reason why 30A remains at the top!

Home away from home

Cliffview

We have rented Cliffview every year for several years. It is a spacious home on an almost secluded and beautiful beach. The view from the large and well furnished deck is awesome. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals and there is plelnty of room to gather with friends and family. I would definitely recommend.

5 Star stay at Cliff View

Each year, when we arrive at Cliff View we head ,straight away, to THE deck to satisfy our anticipation of the salty air, dazzling white sand and the majestic emerald sea! This property was built for this experience. The deck and screened-in porch are expansive with a table for 6 to enjoy every meal while taking in the sights and sounds of the Gulf. Indoors, the kitchen, dining room, living room and 3 of the 5 bedrooms all focus on THE view, spaciousness and comfort. We return again and again always satisfied. Ocean Reef Rentals is consistently courteous, helpful and available. Cliff View and Ocean Reef are a 5 star experience! :-)

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can reserve chairs and umbrellas over the phone, or directly on the sand. See you soon!
