This hospitable and cheerful Miramar Beach vacation home with six bedrooms has been completely renewed and is ready to host up to 18 fortunate beach-going guests. The beautiful white sand beach is only a football field's length away. However, you are only steps away from enjoying the 8'x17' private pool out back. This pool provides a private oasis-like setting studded with palm trees and other tropical plants. The decidedly tropical feel assures you of a fun reunion with friends and family as you begin a wonderful beach vacation. A Tiki Bar anchors a paver tiled patio with raised stools, a TV, bench seating, and a gas grill for cookouts. A table with chairs and loungers inspire guests to enjoy poolside dining with favorite tropical drinks.

Coastal Cabana, formerly known as Banana Cabana, is a three-story home with a cheerful yellow exterior that is adorned with palm trees and has two balconies that offer upper-level views of the jewel-toned gulf in the distance. The six beautifully appointed bedrooms are located on all three levels with a main living area on the first floor and a den on the second floor. This design works great for separate family or friends who are sharing a beach vacation. There are two Primary Bedrooms with full private ensuite baths with one on the first floor and the other on the third floor.

The upscale professionally decorated interiors feature comfortable furnishings completed in an enchanting cottage style that defines a wonderful coastal casual look. The main living area has a convenient powder room, a dove gray sleeper sofa, two creamy white accent chairs, and a wall mounted TV for entertainment. A rustic country dining table has six carved decorative chairs beside the open kitchen that has a granite-topped bar with four stools for additional seating. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances to create some culinary delights easily. The charming downstairs Primary Suite has a yellow cannonball posted king sized bed, shiplap walls and a sliding barn door leading to the private bath.

Three Guest Bedrooms on the second floor are adjacent to a lovely den with a pastel blue couch that doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a love seat, a wall mounted TV, and a viewing balcony. Two of them provide a unique Family Suite centered on a full private bath. The "parent's side" includes a king-sized bed while the "kid's side" has a queen bunk bed, a video game table, and Mickey Mouse! Another colorful Guest Bedroom has access to a full hall bath and includes a bonus king-sized bed with a decorative wooden frame. The wonderfully appointed Primary Bedroom with a king-sized bed and another comfortable Guest Bedroom with a queen-sized bed are on the top floor each with an en suite bath. Every bedroom comes with a wall mounted flatscreen TV for viewing pleasure.

This Miramar Beach vacation home is close to popular restaurants on the beach, area grocery stores, wine outlets, and bargain shopping at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Ocean Reef guests receive special discounts nearby at Seascape for golf, tennis and water recreation rentals. A multitude of restaurants, rollicking bars, specialty shops, free concerts, family amusements, and fun festivals are minutes away at Sandestin's Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard.

Second Floor: Bonus Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, King Bedroom, Jack and Jill Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Queen Bunk Room.

Third Floor: King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access.

Perfect Beach Getaway at Coastal Cabana!

We stayed at the Costal Cabana in Miramar Beach. The house was exactly as expected. Upon arrival, the house was clean and stocked with all necessary items. Lots of towels and bedding provided. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The location was perfect, only a few houses away from the beach in a safe area. We were provided 2 beach chairs and an umbrella each day set up at the beach, marked with our name. We felt comfortable walking around day and night. There are plenty of shops within walking distance too. The backyard was perfect with several lounge chairs and and a tiki bar area. The pool was perfect for the kids! I would definitely recommend this property and Ocean Reef Vacation Rentals!! Will book again!

Coastal Cabana is so Cute!

We had a wonderful time at Coastal Cabana! The property is so cute, and close to the beach. We opted to heat the pool in early March and glad we did! Highly recommend this property: close proximity to everything we wanted to do, beach service umbrella/chairs was nice, plenty of space with spacious beds and baths!

Coastal Cabana was a great stay for my family and I. We stayed for a week, cleanliness was great. There was a broken support board on one of the beds we notified management, and they came out and fixed it on the spot. Super close to the beach. Check-in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay/book again, no questions asked.

How does the beach service work?

The complimentary beach service is seasonal, typically offered from March through October. It includes two chairs & one umbrella set up daily on the sand right in front of your home. Once the home is reserved, you will have the contact number for the vendor and can rent additional sets if needed.

Yes - Coastal Cabana is a pet-friendly vacation home. For an additional fee per pet, up to two dogs (40 pounds or less) are allowed at designated pet-friendly properties.

Are canopies allowed to be set up on the beach?

Personal chairs, umbrellas, tents, and canopies are permitted on the beach. Please note that tents and canopies can be at most 10x10 in size and must be set up behind all beach chairs and umbrellas.
