Two separate living areas—one with a queen sleeper sofa—offer plenty of room to spread out, and a separate sitting area with a dedicated desk makes it easy to work remotely, if needed.

The heart of the home is its bright and open main living space, where ten-foot ceilings and wide-plank wood floors create an airy, elevated feel. A mantle adds warmth to the living room, while the adjacent dining area flows seamlessly into a professional-grade kitchen equipped with marble countertops, a six-burner gas stove, and top-tier stainless steel appliances—everything a chef could ask for. Lovely home in a quiet area, perfect for a peaceful family vacation!
Easy check-in, and good communication from the rental company. We had a great day and would definitely stay here again – plenty of room, decorated nicely and the bikes came in handy. Nice pools and close to Dune Allen and TopSail state park.

Loved the house, neighborhood, & pool.
The gated privacy of the neighborhood was an additional bonus with 2 pools and only neighbors of that gated community allowed access to the private pool. We come to Destin every year for a business conference and will 100% re-rent this home again.

Beautiful house 5 min driving distance from the closest beach.
The complex is new, and they have a amazing clubhouse with an infinity pool and gym. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic location near Dune Allen, wonderful amenities including 2 community pools
This is a private beautiful property in a new development off of 30A in Dune Allen. The pools and amenities in both phases (this house is located in phase 2) are fantastic. The location is ideal as we were a 3-4 minute drive from Dune Allen beach access, and it’s on the less crowded end of 30a. (The house is about 1.4 miles from the beach so we elected to drive.) Cypress Dunes is away from the hustle and bustle of 30a particularly during such a high season (stayed July 2021). It’s a peaceful and secluded development near the state park. Very slim view of the gulf from the phase 1 pool since it’s farther inland. The house is nicely decorated and accommodated our family of four very well. Rooms were comfortable and all had tv’s. Great bunk beds for the kids (which actually had a secret trundle as well.) I suspect the house was recently renovated, and there are a few finishing touches to be completed but these are very minor. The property managers were very responsive and easily contacted via text. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental property and Cypress Dunes. We will certainly stay in Cypress Dunes again when we return!
