Coco Hut

The Coco Hut is really not a hut at all – it's a spacious three story, six bedroom home with five bathrooms and over 3,000 square feet of hospitable living space. This newer Miramar Beach Vacation Home was part of the prestigious Parade of Homes when it was completed and has enough bedding to sleep up to 18 guests. This rental has all the comforts you would find in an elegant home with modern amenities including wall mounted TVs and DVDs in every room. The remarkable location is only 50 yards from the sparkling sugary white beach in an upscale residential neighborhood off Scenic Gulf Drive.

Coco Hut was designed with charming Old Florida style architecture. Breezy balconies on the second and third story levels look down upon a sparkling 8'x17' swimming pool adorned with towering tropical palms. A paver-tiled patio with an adjoining long deck has chairs and a table that allows you to dine al fresco while enjoying favorite drinks poolside. Within a couple of minutes you may go from taking a plunge in the pool to luxuriating in the glowing gulf. This lovely residence was recently professionally decorated with new furnishings that are comfortable, contemporary and fashionable. The look is both elegant and laid back at the same time, which provides a warm ambiance. A soft gray sectional and three accent chairs provide a crisp nautical look. A wide TV is centered in this gracious living area for viewing pleasure. Nearby a dining table has five criss-cross backed chairs and a rustic wooden bench sitting beneath a unique glowing light box that hangs suspended from above. Four stools sit beside a sleek dark counter bar where a seafood buffet may be served. The open kitchen features white custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and gleaming stainless steel appliances providing everything you need to create a fun family feast.

Each of the six bedrooms is comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated with individual style. Three are Master Bedrooms with king size beds and luxurious private baths en suite. The spacious Master Bedroom Suite encompasses the entire third floor and has a romantic balcony offering heavenly views of the glorious gulf. Two of the other Guest Bedrooms have queen-size beds and the third has a full bunk and twin bunk bed for the kids. A bonus den on the second floor has been newly updated to include a plush gray sectional sleeper sofa, a wet bar with a mini fridge and white quartz countertops, as well as a wall hung 65" flatscreen TV.

This fantastic Miramar Beach location offers everything you would ever want for your family vacation. The beautiful beach and lots of delightful diversions are close by including popular beachfront restaurants, friendly bars, grocery stores and the nationally famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Championship golf and tennis are nearby at Seascape, where Ocean Reef guests receive special rates. Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard at Sandestin are minutes away with fine restaurants, lively bars, free concerts and seasonal festivals.
