Searching for a beach getaway spot that overlooks the glistening gulf down along South Walton's Scenic 30A? Well check out Commodore's Retreat 204, it can be a perfect place for a romantic rendezvous or a small family vacation. It can sleep up to six happy beachgoers with a King master, a bunk in the hall and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. This out-of-the-way locale is in east Seagrove Beach in a four story beachfront residential low-density condominium. It has a large swimming pool that saddles up to the front side of the building while the glorious gulf beckons you from the bright beach out back. A long ramp leads down the sugary white dune and onto the shimmering shore. In seconds you may go from taking a fresh water dip in the pool to floating around in the glowing green waters of the luminescent gulf.

In Commodore's Retreat 204 there is a breezy beachfront balcony off the main open living room where you may not only enjoy the vivid views but also listen to the soothing sounds of the surf. The moon rises out of the gulf during the summer months casting a romantic silvery sheen while the sun sinks down into the western gulf during the winter months that mirror spectacular sunsets upon the surface. The main room encompasses the living and dining room portions of this property with an open ample kitchen. A double couch seating ensemble and a glass topped café dining table with four chairs share views of the sensational seascape and a flat screen TV for entertainment. The kitchen has a pair of raised seats where favorite drinks or tasty snacks may be easily served.

The Master Bedroom has a charming decorative metal framed king size bed, its own flat screen TV for viewing pleasure and access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room.

This location seems to be tucked away in a world of its own but is just a short drive away from the heart of Seagrove Beach and Seaside. Both destinations offer a wide assortment of popular restaurants, friendly beach bars, fun family festivals, specialty shops, free outdoor musical concerts and special holiday celebrations throughout the year.

All prices online are grand totals which include tax and fees. The only item this amount does not reflect is the optional traveler's insurance which is an additional 6.5% of the total.

Is the laundry for Commodores Retreat 204 shared or in the unit itself?

All condos at Commodore's Retreat include a private washer and dryer located inside the unit. Don't forget your favorite laundry detergent!

What is available to us in the kitchen?

Answer:

Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, dishes, pots, and pans. We furnish enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.
