Perched right on the dazzling sands of Scenic Gulf Drive, this townhome rental residence has been completely refreshed with new flooring, freshly painted interiors, a sparkling modern kitchen, updated bathrooms, and sleek new electronics—blending laid-back coastal charm with contemporary comfort.

Step into the second-floor main living area, where plush furnishings and tropical accents set the tone for relaxed seaside living. Excellent! My family and I can’t wait to be back

Our stay was absolutely amazing! It felt like home away from home! It was great from the moment we came through the door. Very neat place, with all the essentials. The views are breathtaking and being able to just relax outside on the balcony with amazing views was great! Look no further…!!!

Yes.., look no further. We had the perfect vacation. 5 starts in our book. We have been in Destin before and have to admit that Miramar Beach is conveniently located closed to everything and still far from congestion; the condominium is equipped with everything you might need. We were surprised in the morning, starting the day with a cup of coffee in the balcony and a dolphin show that took our breath away. We spent the days at the private beach building sand castles, flying kites, sunbathing and enjoying the refreshing light blue water of the shallow beach or swimming, kayaking or parasailing the deep blue water. Next time we will come prepared and copy our neighbors bringing our fishing rods and to try fishing our meal of Pompano, Red snapper or perhaps a small tuna..!! The sunrise and sunsets are spectacular for long walks and full of fun in your hunt for ghost crabs. The condo is comfortable and perfect for all ages. The checking in/out it’s a breeze and the management service quick and cordial. We highly recommend it.

Great time, fabulous experience

The condo is wonderfully located and equipped. It’s perfect for family reunions. We woke up to a warm cup of coffee and a beautiful show of dolphins right in front of our private beach, which is very convenient and just a few steps from the condo, perfect for morning and long night walks. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place that has everything and it’s close to all the attractions and far enough from the crowd. Planing to come back soon, with fishing rods maybe we are lucky and catch dinner. Washer and dryer make a huge difference ..!!! And the bathrooms are very nice.!! Enough space and the distribution is great for families with different groups of ages. Already looking forward to our next vacation

Beach service is not provided complimentary, but is most certainly available for a fee. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can also reserve chairs and umbrellas directly on the sand. See you soon!
