Costa Del Sol B8 in Destin's Miramar Beach

Welcome to Costa Del Sol B8, a beautifully decorated three bedroom, three and one half bathroom vacation rental which can actually sleep fourteen guests due to multiple beds and sleeper sofas. The unique design of this three level beachfront property includes two separate living quarters, one of which is distinctively accessible on the first floor from outside stairs that connect it to the upstairs portion. This makes it a perfect "In Law" suite or for a separate family who may want some of their own private space. The first floor includes a living room with a plush, slate gray couch that can sleep two. It faces a malt colored brown mottled granite topped wet bar above which is a large Flat Screen TV. Off this living area is a porch where you can enjoy the gentle sea breezes on a serene evening. An adjacent hall has two charming bunk beds, colorfully decorated and carved out of white painted wood with silhouettes of fish. The Bedroom has a Queen sized bed with multiple, pastel colored pillows with enchanting floral prints and has access to the full bath.

The main floor on the second-level has a beautiful living area styled for a contemporary look. A Sunbrella fabric covered couch which also doubles as a sleeper sofa faces a large armoire which houses the TV and entertainment system. This area is divided to provide a separate, dining room which has an inviting maple topped table with white spindled country chairs around it. Luxury vinyl plank flooring flows throughout this space and sliding glass doors lead out onto the gulf front balcony. The adjacent open kitchen has white cabinetry which is nicely accented by a large, gleaming granite counter top with two bar stools for convivial conversation while appetizers are being served. A half bath is nearby to serve as a powder room.

Upstairs, you will find the rich looking Primary Bedroom Suite with a giant king sized bed, access to its own private beachfront balcony and a bathroom. The Guest Bedroom is lovely with two full sized beds decorated with floral print pillows. There is also a wide window in this room for enjoying views of Scenic Gulf Drive and there is access to another full bathroom.

The convenient Costa Del Sol Miramar Beach location allows you to be within minutes of area restaurants, shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets and entertainment at Baytowne Wharf Village. Pompano Joe's and The Whale's Tail restaurant are just a short stroll down the beach as well as water sport, bike, and scooter rentals.

First Floor Lock Out: Bonus Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchenette, Queen Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook.

Second Floor (Main Entrance): Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room.

Third Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Full Beds, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Allotted parking for two cars at the house. Please ask a reservation specialist about additional parking.

Fun short stay!

New Destin Go-To Vacation Spot!

A very cozy condo located on the beach, we had a group of 10 adults and it fit everyone comfortably. Two reserved parking spots for each condo, had a few visitors' spots also and if you still need parking, Alvin's Island across the street offers affordable nightly rates. This place will always be remembered since I proposed to my girlfriend here during Hurricane Ida also ! lol! was a great rainy "the notebook" style proposal on the walkway behind the condo overlooking the ferocious waves of Ida. After returning home I realized I forgot my very expensive camera lens on the bookshelf, I called them to notify it missing and they found it in the next few hours, shipped it back to me in two days. OVERALL wonderful experience!!!! Will come back time and time again as long as there's vacancy. Thank you very much!

Best place I have stayed in Destin

This rental has been the best place I have stayed in Destin so far. The furnishings are very nice, the beds are extremely comfortable, the appliances all function as they should, the AC works well, and the unit being split gives some private get away space to others. You could not have better beach access and you are a short walk down the beach to Pompano Joes. The house was clean with plenty of clean towels. I would definitely stay here again. You can tell the owners have put work into making this a nice home that is kept up.

Yes - sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided for all sleeper sofas in our properties.

Our properties come equipped with ample kitchen items for the amount it sleeps - in this instance, 14 guests. All basic kitchen items are provided, but it's up to guests to bring any specialty pieces they may need.

Does this property have beach service?

Costa Del Sol B8 is a spectacular Gulf-front townhome in Miramar Beach! Though it does not include free beach service, you can rent chairs and umbrellas from the onsite beach vendor once in town. We will also provide you with their contact information once you have secured your reservation if you wish to rent ahead of time.

How many televisions are there in B8?

There are a total of 5 TVs in Costa Del Sol B8. All three bedrooms include a TV, the main living room, and the first-floor bonus room. Enjoy the show!

Is there a working blender? We love our smoothies!

Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, dishes, pots, and pans. We furnish enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

Can you have a fire on the beach?

Answer:

Beach bonfires are not permitted at this location. But not to worry! With proper permitting, you can have a bonfire at the nearby public beach access of Pompano Joe's. The onsite beach chair company also provides this service for a fee. See you soon!
