This hospitable five-bedroom Dune Allen Beach vacation home has been furnished and decorated with the family vacationer in mind, offering resort-style amenities and sleeping for 18 guests. While interior features like a large open floor plan and state of the art appliances will catch your attention upon entry, this home's incredible location and outside amenities are what set it apart. Start your morning sipping coffee in the matching Adirondack chairs out front, while soaking in stunning views of Allen Lake, towering pines, and distant views of the Gulf. Leave your cars parked and take advantage of the brand new public beach access (with bathrooms!) just a short walk away, and be mesmerized by the glowing jewel-toned waters of the Emerald Coast. If you've had enough fun in the sand, pack up and head back for a refreshing dip in the private 35'x15' swimming pool. This secluded half-acre property is studded by towering palm trees and a nautically-inspired blue sail shade to help maintain water temperature on hot summer days. The pool deck is complete with a patio table, luxurious lounge chairs, and additional umbrellas. Finish off your evening relaxing, dining, and listening to your favorite playlist in a fully screened in back porch spanning over 600 square feet!

Inside Crawdaddy's Casa, you'll immediately notice the high ceilings and open floor plan with large windows facing Allen Lake that brightens the room. The living area features a queen-size sleeper sofa and twin-size pull out oversized chair with a 65" HDTV that's also visible from the kitchen and dining area. The open kitchen features a granite island with three barstools and stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats six comfortably, while additional seating for twelve on the patio gives more than enough room for your whole group to enjoy a meal together. For the chef of the group, an oversized natural gas grill is sure to impress. And take advantage of the oversized garage to store your beach gear, which also includes a second full-size refrigerator/freezer for convenience.

Each of the four main bedrooms is outfitted with a high-quality mattress and a large WiFi-connected HDTV ready to stream to your favorite apps. The master suite features a king bed with a walk-in closet, double vanities, deep soaking tub, and a separate rain shower. Two additional bedrooms upstairs each have a private vanity with a shared bath. Downstairs sleeping arrangements feature a private king bedroom and a bunk room with five twin beds suited for children or adults. Adjacent to the bedroom is an entertainment area furnished with a 50" HDTV and full-size futon bed. Guests also have easy access to a full-size stowaway crib and baby gate if needed.

This perfect neighborhood of Dune Allen places you close to restaurants and friendly beach bars. Within a short walk is Stinky's Fish Camp, known for its fresh fish, custom frozen drinks, and craft beers. The village center of Santa Rosa Beach, known as Gulf Place, is two minutes away with restaurants, specialty shops, seasonal festivals, and outdoor amphitheater concerts. You're less than ten minutes away from grocery stores, wine outlets, as well as abundant dining, drinking, and shopping venues in Miramar Beach & Destin. Visit the enchanting French Quarter-inspired village of Baytowne Wharf and upscale Grand Boulevard district in Sandestin, or venture east on 30A to explore the popular beach towns of Grayton, Seaside, Seagrove, and others.

Everything about our stay was wonderful!

Great stay at Crawdaddy’s casa.

Walk to beach although there was a limited amount of public beach. We got to the beach early to set up chairs. We had one maintenance issue and they came out on Sunday (Father’s Day ) and fixed it. The pool was great. They had a few toys and chairs in garage which I wish I knew about before hand since I rented chairs. Would definitely go back to same house!

Beautiful house and great location!

This house was absolutely perfect! Easy 5 min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to Stinky’s fish house and bait and tackle. The covered area in the pool was awesome for the kids, especially after a day at the beach. The beach access within walking distance has a ramp which makes it easy to haul stuff to and from the beach, it also has public restrooms. All around 5 stars for this house, look forward to staying here again!

A great house for a large family!

Crawdaddy Casa is a great house for a large family. There is plenty of space for everyone. The covered pool is a great asset and the screened in porch is large enough for everyone to relax or play games or eat dinner. It is a two minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

The beach access is located at the end of Woodward Drive, approximately 200-250 yards away. This recently constructed beach access is accessible, has onsite parking and restrooms, and a lifeguard on duty during peak times of the year!

Are golf carts allowed?

Crawdaddy's Casa does not include a golf cart, however, you can rent a golf cart at a discounted rate through one of our preferred vendors! Golf carts are only permitted in speed limit zones of 35 MPH or less, and each golf cart rental will take the place of one vehicle parking space. Enjoy the ride!
