Welcome to your own tropical paradise! This elegant, gracious three bedroom condo that sleeps up to 12 fortunate beach-going guests defines the tropics with a stunning sugary shoreline setting. Sliding glass balcony doors in the open living area frame the sensational scenery and beckon you to go out to enjoy the views up front and center. This observation balcony spans across from the living area to the Primary Bedroom Suite with direct access from each. It overlooks a large lovely lagoon-shaped swimming pool that is adorned with towering palms and other tropical plants. A table and chairs here invite you to take in the lovely ambiance while enjoying favorite drinks and tasty treats. This pool is steps away from the beautiful beach, which allows you to take a refreshing plunge then take a leisurely stroll down the beach and let all of your worries wash away as you float around in glowing the jewel-toned gulf.

The comfortable living area in Crescent 108 has light multi-toned parchment colored tile that embraces casual coastal living. This room has a plush wraparound couch that faces the views as well as a TV for entertainment.  A floor to ceiling mirrored wall behind it reflects the gorgeous scenery outdoors and provides a spacious look. An elegant tropically inspired dining ensemble includes six sleek richly woven chairs around a black ebony hardwood table. The open kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, creamy white cabinetry and a two-sided bar with a mottled granite top richly accented by mini tile beneath. It is flanked on both sides with a total of six straw woven topped square stools providing a perfect place to enjoy drinks and yummy appetizers.

The Primary Bedroom has a regal king-sized bed, cottage style furnishings, and glass doors leading to the balcony. The full luxury en suite bath includes double vanities on a long granite-topped counter, a corner soaking tub, and separate glass-walled walk-in shower.  One of the Guest Bedrooms also features an en suite bath while the other serves as a fun bunk room with two full bunks. This bedroom has access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room off the living area.

A stay at The Crescent allows you to enjoy abundant amenities. Besides the beautiful beach, there are two lovely pools to choose from, a bubbling Hot Tub, a spacious patio for sunning and grills for poolside cookouts. There is also a Game Room and Fitness Center on site. If you ever desire to leave this precious piece of paradise, you will find popular beachfront restaurants very nearby along Scenic Gulf Drive. Grocery stores, wine outlets, and one of the nation's largest designer discount centers known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets are minutes away. Ocean Reef Resorts guests may take advantage of complimentary special savings nearby at Seascape for golf, tennis, and beach recreational rentals. A wide array of amusements, restaurants, lively bars, concerts, and fun seasonal festivals may also be found close by at the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Based on the daily temperature and at HOA's discretion, one of the community pools is seasonally heated.
