Within minutes you may go from taking a fresh water dip in the pool to floating around in the luminescent glowing green waters of the glistening gulf.

Crystal Sands 211A is a one bedroom beachfront rental residence that provides a delightful setting for a romantic trip for two. However it also includes a twin bunk tucked in off the hallway and a queen size Sleeper Sofa in the main living area, so it can sleep up to six happy beachgoers for a small family vacation. The star of the show of course is the glorious gulf and a wall of glass doors stages this spectacular scenery from the open living room. They also lead to the beach balcony where you may relish the views firsthand while also enjoying the sensational sounds of the soothing surf. The interiors are light and bright with artful décor. A cheery multi-colored couch and matching Love seat face the beachfront balcony as well as a flat screen TV. Four charming high backed  chairs sit around a farmhouse table for dining. Two raised white bar stools sit along a kitchen bar where drinks or savory snacks may be easily served. The Master Bedroom has a full bath en suite, a comfortable king size bed and warm wicker furnishings. A wide TV is provided for evening entertainment. A half bath serves as a convenient powder room off the hallway.

This sought after Crystal Sands location places you close to all the action of both Destin and Miramar Beach. You are nearby the high-end fashion shops at Destin Commons. An AMC Motion Picture Complex is located here, which has comfortable stadium seating and a state of the arts sound system. Many popular nationally known restaurants and popular local beachside restaurants are also nearby. Additional restaurants, lively bars, family amusements, water sports and fishing trips are available at Harborwalk Village in Destin, which is only about fifteen minutes away towards the west. Towards the east in Miramar Beach is where you will find the frequented bargain destination known as Silver Sands, which is the largest discount designer outlet in the nation. This area is also home to the charming New Orleans French Quarter inspired Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin. Each locale features wonderful boutiques, excellent restaurants, lively bars, free musical concerts and fun festivals.

Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.
