This lovely one-bedroom vacation rental at Crystal Sands could provide a romantic getaway to the beach or the perfect accommodations for a small family of six. It has sensational gulf-front views overlooking the shimmering white sands of Crystal Beach, a highly sought-after part of Destin, Florida. This beachfront condo complex features a year-round heated swimming pool, private beach access, and two gulf front grilling stations for fun family cookouts.

Crystal Sands 214A is a second-floor rental providing panoramic views of the bright white beach and the glowing emerald-toned gulf waters. Sliding glass doors in the open living area frame this sensational seascape and lead to a breezy balcony. Some upscale, richly woven outdoor chairs and a table invite you to experience the beach views and listen to the murmuring surf while sipping your favorite drinks. The open living room includes a royal blue-colored couch and two chairs flanked by elegant table lamps and a honey-toned hardwood cocktail table. This seating ensemble has views of the gorgeous gulf and an extra-large wall-mounted flatscreen TV beside a stained hardwood cabinet that houses the queen-sized murphy bed. The open kitchen has an upscale regal look with a gleaming black granite-topped bar table and six dark ebony-colored spindle-backed chairs. They blend seamlessly with the rich chocolate-toned cabinetry and brushed stainless steel appliances providing everything needed for fun culinary creations.

The master bedroom has a tropical look with a sunny window, a straw-woven king-sized bed, and a large flatscreen TV mounted above a molasses-toned hardwood dresser. It has access to a full hall bath with a tub shower combination and a separate powder room.

Crystal Beach is surprisingly close to popular gulf front restaurants with friendly beach bars and area grocery stores. Great shopping adventures are nearby at Destin Commons, Paradise Key, and the City Market. The retail village of Destin Commons provides an idyllic shopping experience with turreted towers, a classic fountain, a geyser plaza for kids to frolic in, and pedestrian-friendly avenues lined with royal palms. It is anchored by a giant Bass Pro Shops and a Belk’s Department store interspersed with a myriad of fashion boutiques, shoe shops, specialty stores, restaurants with friendly bars, and an AMC multiplex movie theater. The Destin marina that’s home to the largest private charter fishing fleet in all of North America, and HarborWalk Village is only minutes away towards the west. This golden Americana-styled village features dockside restaurants, friendly bars, outdoor concerts, fun year-round festivals, and fabulous seasonal firework displays. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive discounts on boat cruises, watercraft rentals, and even a pirate’s ship adventure offered there.

Miramar Beach is also minutes away towards the east. It is home to the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets with bargains on loads of world-class designer goods. The enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and tropically urbane Grand Boulevard of Sandestin are also located in Miramar Beach. They feature great restaurants, fun bars, galleries, fashion boutiques, specialty shops, outdoor concerts, fun festivals, and exciting seasonal firework displays.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Murphy Bed and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Powder Room, Laundry.

Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

Great accommodations!
Cyrtal Sands was a great place to stay. Our condo was on the beach and the view from our 2nd story balcony was a wonderful view of the ocean. It was great waking up to that view each day At night it was wonderful to stroll on the beach as the sun set. The beach with its white sand was beautiful to sit and watch the waves roll in. There were a variety of restaurants and great food. If you needed anything or wanted to look around, there was a mall near by, several blocks away, easy to find by auto or walking. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would love to come again.

Everything was pristine & we really enjoyed our stay!
This place was exactly what we needed for our vacation. It had a very homey feel & made us super comfortable. Very Impressed
I like that the complex is smaller and not as crowded on the beach. Chair setup is included and very few steps to the beach! I was very impressed with Ocean Reefs' attention to every detail. I will use them again to book a vacation.
