Welcome to Crystal Sands Destin! This premier gulf-front location in Crystal Beach overlooks a wide ribbon of shimmering white sand beach beside the glowing jewel-toned gulf waters. It consists of two low-rise three-story-tall beachfront complexes, each with a seasonally heated community swimming pool. Both buildings feature private beach access and grilling stations for fun gulf-front barbeques. The atmosphere here is quite laid back which is somewhat surprising since this location is near everything sunny Destin has to offer.

Crystal Sands 303B includes two bedrooms, a bonus loft, and accommodations for ten delighted beachgoers. The open living area has a spacious sunny look highlighted by a wall of sliding glass balcony doors that frame the spectacular seascape. The towering vaulted ceiling, open staircase, and upstairs loft add to this bright open setting with loads of natural light. The living room has rich, handsome furnishings with an antique regal-looking brown leather couch and two creamy white fashionable vintage-modern accent chairs. This seating ensemble faces the glittering gulf and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment. A sleek black granite-topped island nearby includes six raised chairs with criss-cross backs to enjoy drinks and dining. The open kitchen has matching black and stainless steel appliances to help create fun family meals or savory appetizers. 

The master bedroom has a window and a king-sized bed with a majestic blue cushioned headboard facing a flatscreen TV mounted above a rich hardwood dresser. It has access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower that also serves as a convenient powder room. The fantastic guest quarters upstairs include a loft bedroom with a full-sized bed and a flatscreen TV for evening viewing pleasure. It is beside a full bathroom with a tub shower combination and a separate portioned vanity area that connects to a bunk room with two full bunk beds for the kids.

This fantastic Crystal Beach locale is minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants with friendly bars, grocery stores, and great shopping adventures. The retail village of Destin Commons provides an idyllic shopping experience with turreted towers, a classic fountain, a geyser plaza for kids, and family-friendly avenues lined with palms. It is anchored by a giant Bass Pro Shop and a Belk’s Department store with a wide array of fashion boutiques, shoe shops, specialty stores, restaurants with casual bars, and an AMC Multiplex theater. Towards the west, Destin’s HarborWalk Village anchors the largest private charter fishing fleet in North America. It features dockside restaurants with bars, outdoor concerts, fun festivals year-round, fabulous seasonal firework displays, and many delightful diversions. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special discounts on many cruises and watercraft rentals. Miramar Beach is also minutes away towards the east, where the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets offers bargains on many designer goods. Second Level: Loft with Full Bed, Bunk Room with Two Full Bunks, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.
