This beachfront vacation rental residence at Crystal Sands is located in a highly sought-after part of Destin known as Crystal Beach. It sits perched above a wide white ribbon of crystalline sand that sparkles in the sun and parallels this three-story gulf-front condo complex. This two-bedroom rental can accommodate up to ten happy guests with a special bonus space in a spacious upper-level loft. It also features a bonus bunk room with multiple beds for the kids. Besides the beautiful beach, Crystal Sands also features a heated swimming pool and beachside grilling stations for fun family cookouts.

The open living area of Crystal Sands 304B has a bright, spacious look highlighted by a wall of sliding glass balcony doors that frame the sparkling seascape. The soaring vaulted ceiling and an open staircase that leads to the upstairs guest loft also add to the spaciousness with abundant natural light. The living area features a rich, handsome look with comfortable furnishings that include a chocolate-colored leather couch and two creamy white vintage modern accent armchairs. They face the gleaming gulf and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment. A sleek shiny black granite-topped island nearby includes raised chairs to enjoy drinks and meals in the open kitchen. Brown custom cabinetry accented by a parchment-toned diamond-shaped backsplash and stainless steel appliances provides everything needed to create a fun family feast. 

The master suite has a sunny window and king-sized bed with a regal blue cushioned headboard facing a flatscreen TV mounted above a molasses-toned dresser. It has access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower, serving as a convenient powder room. The wonderful upstairs guest loft includes a front bedroom with a queen-sized bed that faces a flatscreen TV mounted on a tall cabinet and a couch. It shares a guest bathroom with a tub shower combination and a separate vanity area. Just past the bathroom is a double bunk room with four full beds.

Crystal Beach is minutes away from popular gulf-front restaurants with friendly beach bars overlooking the jewel-toned waters. It is also near grocery stores and fantastic shopping adventures. The Destin Commons retail village is nearby, providing an idyllic shopping experience. It boasts a captivating European-styled look with turret towers, a classic fountain, a geyser plaza, avenues lined by royal palms, a wide variety of retail establishments, restaurants with bars, and an AMC movie theater. The Destin crown jewel of HarborWalk Village is just to the west. It is home to the largest private charter fishing fleet in North America. Visitors can enjoy dockside restaurants, bars with live music, outdoor concerts, year-round festivals, and spectacular seasonal firework celebrations. They also feature fishing adventures, sunset dinner cruises, dolphin sightseeing excursions, pirate ship adventures, and watercraft rentals.

Towards the east in Miramar Beach, the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets showcases bargains on world-class designer goods. Miramar Beach is also home to the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and the tropically urbane Grand Boulevard of Sandestin. Both feature great restaurants, lively bars, fashion boutiques, fine clothiers, specialty shops, family amusements, outdoor concerts, year-round festivals, and vibrant seasonal firework displays.

Second Level: Loft with Queen Bed, Bunk Room with Two Full Bunks, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.
