This beautifully updated two-bedroom retreat offers breezy coastal style, generous space, and panoramic Gulf views that stretch to the horizon. From the tranquil sound of waves below to the proximity of local hotspots, this vacation rental puts you exactly where you want to be.

Inside, the open-concept layout soars with vaulted ceilings, filling the space with coastal light and air. The living area features two plush sofas—one of which converts to a queen sleeper—and faces both a large flatscreen TV and those iconic Gulf views. A dining table seats four for meals, board games, or planning your beach adventures, while a breakfast bar with three stools connects to a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing fresh seafood feasts or late-night snacks.

Sleeping arrangements are both generous and flexible.

The Primary Suite on the main level boasts a king-size bed and direct access to the hallway's newly remodeled bathroom. This spa-like space now showcases an elegant walk-in shower with sleek tilework, a sliding glass door, and brushed nickel fixtures that elevate the entire experience.

Upstairs, the loft offers a queen-size bed and a 55" flatscreen TV—ideal for teens or couples seeking their own cozy space. A second guest bedroom features two queen beds, soft pastel accents, and access to a shared full bath. Everyone will find their own corner to rest, recharge, and dream of the next day’s adventures.

Crystal Sands sits directly on the beach and offers quick access to Scenic Gulf Drive’s Gulf-front dining, as well as nearby grocery stores, wine shops, and local attractions. Destin Commons is just down the road with shopping, movies, and dining, while Silver Sands Premium Outlets and the vibrant scenes of Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin are just a short drive away.

Third Floor:

First Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Second Level: Queen Loft Room, Bedroom with Two Queen Beds, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

Breathtaking view

We stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t be more happy with everything. The view was breathtaking. We saw dolphins swimming every morning. The condo was big enough for 5 of us and had room for more. Crystal Sands 307B comes with complimentary beach service, including two chairs and one umbrella provided seasonally from March through October. If additional set-ups are needed, you can reserve them directly through the beach service provider. See you soon!
