A maple topped table nearby sits beneath a vintage electric bare bulb chandelier with four decorative black metal chairs and a wooden bench for dining. Two urbane stools sit at a sidebar beside the contemporary, entirely open kitchen featuring brushed stainless steel appliances and a glistening octagonal glass splash wall beneath crisp white cabinetry. Colorful décor throughout also includes vibrant paintings of waves and seascapes. The beachfront balcony provides these vivid views firsthand along with soothing surf sounds. An enchanting full moon magically rises above the gulf towards the east during the summer while spectacular sunsets occur from fall till early spring when the golden orb slowly descends into the western gulf.

The Master Bedroom includes a comfortable king sized bed and has access to a full hall bath. The Guest Quarters in the Sleeping Loft upstairs has beach chic furnishings with a king sized bed, an adjacent bright blue nautically attired Bunk Room with two twin bunks and a full bath. Each bedroom includes a TV for entertainment.

This sought after Crystal Beach location places you near all the action of Destin and Miramar Beach. The highly popular Disneyesque Destin Commons Retail Center that features a myriad of specialty stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a multiplex theater is minutes away. Popular gulf front restaurants along Scenic Highway 98, grocery stores and wine outlets are also close by. About 20 minutes away towards the west are waterfront restaurants, lively bars, concerts, festive seasonal events and water recreational rentals at Harborwalk Village, where Ocean Reef guests receive reduced rates for amusements. Miramar Beach is 10 minutes east which features one of the nation's largest designer discount centers known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets and the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf which offers lots of restaurants, bars, concerts, and fun festivals.

Short-term rentals are encouraged.  No monthly rentals permitted.

Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.
