This excellent beachfront vacation rental has two bedrooms, a bonus room, and accommodations for eight fortunate beach-loving guests. It is located at Crystal Sands in Crystal Beach of Destin, with two low-rise buildings that face a shimmering white ribbon of beach. A rectangular swimming pool is located at each building with a sunny patio for leisurely lounging. A wide promenade includes centered access down to the bright, beautiful shore and grilling stations are available for fun family cookouts beside the gulf.

Crystal Sands 315A has a spacious, inviting look thanks to white porcelain tiled flooring, a wall of sliding glass doors leading out to the furnished beachfront balcony, and a soaring vaulted ceiling above. An open staircase leads to lofted guest quarters upstairs that has been enclosed with window views down to the lower level. A light gray couch doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Two fashionable cushioned chairs are on each side of the couch, providing a comfortable seating ensemble. They face the sparkling seascape, and a flatscreen TV mounted on a light blue credenza for entertainment. Decorative art throughout this residence features intricately carved colorful wall hangings, prints of seascapes, and beach-inspired décor. A charming cottage-style dining area nearby includes a white framed rectangular table with a dark gray accent top. A honey-toned side bench, two cream-colored intricately carved side chairs, and two beachy ladder-backed end chairs provide ample seating. The open kitchen includes a richly mottled granite-topped bar with three raised white vintage modern styled chairs to enjoy favorite drinks and savory appetizers.

The lovely first-floor master bedroom has creamy white cottage-style furnishings, a king-sized bed, vibrant pillows, and bedside tables with elegant dark lamps. It includes a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a sunny window, and access to a full hall bath with a glass-walled walk-in shower. The open staircase leads upstairs to the remarkable enclosed separate loft guest quarters. A white cottage-style king-sized bed faces a dresser with a flatscreen TV for evening entertainment. A shared bathroom with an individual vanity area includes a tub shower combination. It connects to the colorful bonus bedroom with two cheerful twin-sized beds.

This excellent Crystal Beach location is minutes away from popular gulf front restaurants, friendly beach bars, grocery stores, and great shopping adventures. The Destin Commons retail village provides an idyllic shopping experience with turreted towers, a classic fountain, and a geyser plaza for kids connected by palm-lined avenues. It features a wide array of wonderful stores, restaurants with bars, and an AMC Multiplex theater. To the west, Destin's fabulous HarborWalk Village includes dockside restaurants, lively bars, concerts, fun festivals, and seasonal fireworks. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive discounts for cruises, pirates' ship adventure, and watercraft rentals. The renowned Silver Sands Premium Outlets towards the east in Miramar Beach offers bargain shopping for loads of designer goods. The enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and posh Grand Boulevard in Sandestin are also located there. Each has excellent restaurants, bars with live music, shopping excursions, concerts, fun festivals, and seasonal fireworks throughout the year.

First Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

Second Level: Enclosed Loft with King Bed, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.
