Crystal View

Crystal View is a contemporary three bedroom, three and one half bathroom vacation home. This home was designed using the charming Old Florida style of architecture complete with a covered wraparound porch in the front, an open-air porch on the second floor and an Observation Tower above. The location is right on Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin which is across the street from the jewel toned waters and stark white sands of the gulf.

Outback is a large 27'x13' private freshwater pool. When not at the beach, you will find yourself spending a lot of time here with friends and family since the pool also comes with a spacious cabana. This outdoor room features views of the pool and sundeck. The tall beamed ceilings have multiple fans that hang above a room that is perfect for leisurely fun. Comfortable wicker chairs, a chaise lounge and a table for six allows you to dine poolside or enjoy your favorite adult beverages. The cabana has its own refrigerator and sink to keep your drinks cold. The gas grill allows you to create your own BBQ or Surf n Turf family feast.

Entering Crystal View's main house guests are captivated by its laid back charm and warm furnishings. The main living area has two soft comfortable couches and a large armchair with a soothing royal blue fabric. A flat screen TV sits in the corner nearby for entertainment. The open kitchen has creamy white custom cabinetry that is richly accented by handsome mottled granite countertops that gleam. The state of the art appliances can serve any gourmet need and includes a glass topped range that sits flush with the granite surface. At the end of this counter are four raised bar seats and a cute mini table for the wee ones. An adjacent alcove includes a rectangular wooden table with eight seats under a country vintage chandelier. The first floor also has a nice Guest Bedroom with a queen sized bed and access to a full bathroom.

Upstairs you will find the handsomely elegant Master Bedroom Suite which has a king sized bed under a soaring vaulted ceiling. The furnishings have a rich mahogany color and a flat screen TV completes the room. Doors lead from this suite to your own private porch that includes comfortable wicker furniture and a view of swaying palms and the jewel-toned gulf waters. This suite's private bath is luxurious with a garden tub and a separate shower adorned with granite countertops and slate flooring. The other bedroom on this level includes a full/twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. Both are decorated in pleasing pastel colors and there is a special alcove tucked away with two suspended berths which would delight the kids.

The third floor loft has a "day bed" along with a TV and access to the roof deck that offers fantastic views of the gorgeous gulf.

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Bunk Room with Full/Twin Bunk and Twin Trundle + Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook.

Third Floor: Loft with Mini-Twin and Balcony Access.
