This stately, four-level 30A vacation home has been recently completed. It features seven bedrooms and comfortable accommodations for fourteen gulf-going guests. Separate guest quarters with luxury ensuite baths provide the perfect place for a fun beach reunion. This gracious newly constructed property has a terrific location in the eastern part of Seagrove Beach, a very short stroll away from the deeded beach access of Majestica Beach. It also features its own refreshing 12'x17' private pool. The pool area includes a gas grill and a table with ten sleek vintage-style modern chairs for poolside dining and fun family cookouts.

Covered parking and the swimming pool are on the first level of Cypress Sunset, with a foyer that leads to three of the guest quarters on the second floor. This trio of bedrooms includes comfortable contemporary furnishings with king-sized beds and full ensuite baths with walk-in showers. Two of these guest bedrooms have access to a breezy balcony.

The open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are on the third floor. This spacious setting has a crisp contemporary look with nautical blue colors accented in white. A wall of multiple windows bathes this area in abundant natural light. Chic abstract beach-inspired art throughout provides a stylish coastal look. Regal contemporary furnishings include a unique three-sided royal blue wraparound couch with a large round white coffee table. This seating ensemble faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a credenza for entertainment. A half bath off the living area serves as a convenient powder room. On the other side of the room, a fashionable vintage modern-style dining area has a long rectangular table with a dark blue hard-surfaced top flanked by ten high-backed white leatherette chairs with gleaming chrome frames. The bright open, state-of-the-art kitchen includes a bar with four white unique, cubically styled modern stools as an additional entertaining area. The kitchen has everything to offer to create a fun family feast when dining in. It includes upscale brushed stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space, and white custom cabinetry.

The master bedroom suite on this same level has a king-sized bed with a tufted black cloth headboard and a dark-clothed chair facing a flatscreen TV for evening entertainment. This room is brightened by multiple windows, a tall wood-beamed ceiling, and several sparkling mirrors. The luxurious private bath features double vanity sinks and a wide glass-walled walk-in shower. The remaining three guest quarters on the top floor all feature comfortable urbane contemporary furnishings and luxurious ensuite baths with walk-in showers. Two bedrooms include king-sized beds and have access to a great gulf view balcony. The other beautifully appointed guest bedroom includes a cozy queen-sized bed.

This fantastic location in Seagrove Beach is close to local restaurants, including Café 30A, renowned for gourmet seafood and martini specials. Angelina's is also walking distance away, known for delicious home-style Italian meals and pizza. You can not go wrong with Mi Casita for a tasty authentic Mexican dish or the Perfect Pig Grill & Fish House for an array of mouthwatering savory delights. Idyllic coastal villages like the iconic Seaside and Village of Rosemary Beach are just minutes away by car in either direction. Each town provides a fun place to explore with a wide array of wonderful restaurants, friendly cafes, boutiques, specialty shops, and art galleries. They also host free outdoor concerts, family amusements on village lawns, fun year-round festivals, and vibrant firework displays that light up the skies on special holiday celebrations.

The perfect house for family vacation

We stayed for a week with our family and loved this location. Private beach access with a fob across the street is so convenient! We especially enjoyed the covered pool; its bigger in person than it looks on the photos. Going up and down the stairs is definitely a good exercise but the views from the top balcony are worth it. We are super happy with our stay.

Great Multiple Family Home

The property was great for large families. There was plenty of room to spread out. Living room and kitchen had plenty of space for everyone to sit and room to eat. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to Seaside Square.

Great summer vacation!

We had our big family all meet up in Florida. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were fabulous!!! Wish we could have used the elevator. All the stairs were a good workout. The beach is super close by. We loved that! It’s a beautiful property.

This property is good for a large group of family and friends. 7 big bedrooms with private bathrooms. Large kitchen and gathering area. Close, easy access to beach and Seaside. Pool is small and parking is limited but we enjoyed our stay.

As a valued guest, you can anticipate a clean environment every time you come to enjoy the beach with our company. Properties are cleaned following each departure, and mid-stay cleans are available upon request for an additional fee. We have implemented heightened cleaning procedures in our properties as recommended by the CDC. In addition to our ongoing rigorous cleaning standards, increased focus has been directed to cleansing high-touch point areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, handrails, remotes, and doorknobs.

How do you access the beach from Cypress Sunset?

Is the pool heated in April?

Does this include a golf cart and bicycles?
