This stately comfortably furnished vacation home has four bedrooms with the ability to sleep 10 happy guests. It's a premier spot that overlooks the sugary shore. From the beachfront porch and balcony, you may enjoy the vista while listening to the soothing surf sounds and sipping your favorite tropical drink. Eau Naturale is located in the exclusive gated residential resort community of Carillon Beach, nestled between a 13-acre heart-shaped lagoon lake and its own private beach that spans across 3,900 linear feet. You may have seen this enchanting precious piece of paradise as you passed over the bridge into Bay County across Lake Powell.  Lake Powell is one of the largest coastal dune lakes in the world. The sensational setting adjoins natural forests, wetlands and dune systems that support abundant wildlife. This 107 acre community was meticulously planned and includes: A Village Marketplace centered on a Fountain Courtyard with specialty shops and restaurants; A Village Green for outdoor concerts and festivals; Three swimming pools; Tennis Courts; A Basketball Court; A Kid's Playground; A Lake Park; A Bell Tower; Sculpture Pavilions and Multiple Columned Arbor Walkovers providing gracious access to the beautiful beach.

Eau Naturale has an individual walkover, going down to your own beach. When you are not luxuriating in the glowing gulf waters from one of the beachside decks you may also take in these lovely views from indoors. Multiple windows frame the spectacular scenery from almost every room while double glass doors provide direct access to the porch and beach balcony. High ceilings and the windows provide a bright sunny look while rich honey-toned hardwood flooring has a warm glow. The open living and dining area have equal access to the porch and the open state of the art kitchen can provide culinary delights. It features gleaming stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry along with plenty of granite-topped counters. The living area has creamy white furnishings, a queen sleeper sofa, and a TV perched on shelving between two charming sets of window seats. A dining room table with six richly woven backed cushioned chairs sits beside a triple set of glass doors for gulf vistas. Four more may be seated nearby on raised chairs next to a richly mottled granite topped bar.

One of the Guest Bedrooms is on the first floor and includes individual access to a covered beach balcony and a gorgeous en-suite bath. A half bathroom off the living area serves as a powder room. Two Guest Bedrooms upstairs are regally attired in Royal Blue with lots of windows and a shared full hall bath. The Master Bedroom is done in a cool pastel blue and features a luxurious en-suite bathroom, a four-poster queen-sized bed beside a triple set of glass windows as well as a door leading to a private romantic beachfront porch balcony.

Besides all the delightful diversions at Carillon Beach this excellent location is also close to grocery stores, wine outlets, the famous Pier Park in Panama City Beach and picturesque points along South Walton's Scenic 30A.  

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Porch Access, Dining, Kitchen, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Patio Access, Powder Room. 

Second Floor: Queen Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Garden Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds, Laundry.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the Bellview and Lakefront community pools are typically heated November through April.

The Carillon Beach community requires guests to pay a $35 registration fee per vehicle.
