Eau Naturale is a special beachfront vacation home in Carillon Beach, where easy coastal comfort meets the kind of Gulf views guests remember long after they leave. With four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and accommodations for up to 10 guests, this welcoming retreat sits directly above the sugar-white sand with individual beach access leading from the home to the shore. Covered porches and balconies are made for unhurried days—coffee in the morning as the water glows turquoise, quiet afternoons watching pelicans glide by, and evenings spent listening to the steady sound of the surf. Guests especially love how effortless the beach feels here, with the sand, water, and daily seasonal setup of loungers, chairs, and umbrellas just steps away.

Inside, the home feels bright, comfortable, and naturally connected to its beachfront setting, with recent updates that bring a fresh, polished feel to its classic coastal design. High ceilings, warm hardwood floors, and generous windows fill the main living area with sunlight, while glass doors open to the Gulf-facing porch and keep the scenery close. The living room offers soft seating, a queen sleeper sofa, a TV set into built-in shelving, and window seats that make the most of the view. Nearby, the dining area sits beside doors overlooking the dunes and water, and the open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a raised breakfast bar for casual meals, snacks, and conversation after a day in the sun.

The first floor includes a queen guest bedroom with patio access and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo, along with a convenient powder room off the main living area. Upstairs, the Primary bedroom enjoys a peaceful Gulf-facing setting with a queen bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and garden tub. Two additional guest bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds—share a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo, while the second-floor laundry adds welcome convenience for beach towels and vacation essentials. It is the kind of comfortable, well-placed home that makes return guests understand why staying right on the beach in Carillon feels so special.

Eau Naturale is located in the gated community of Carillon Beach, a thoughtfully planned 107-acre coastal neighborhood set between the Gulf and Lake Powell. Guests can enjoy the community’s private beach, three swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, lakefront green spaces, charming walkovers, and Village Marketplace with shops and dining around a fountain courtyard. Just moments from the west end of Scenic 30A, this location makes it easy to explore Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and the restaurants, boutiques, cafés, and coastal scenery that make 30A so beloved. Grocery stores, wine shops, and Pier Park in Panama City Beach are also close by, giving Eau Naturale a rare blend of peaceful beachfront living, easy beach days, and effortless access to the area’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the Bellview and Lakefront community pools are typically heated November through April.

The Carillon Beach community requires guests to pay a $35 registration fee per vehicle.
