Boats, golf carts, storage trailers, and recreational vehicles are not permitted.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated Christmas through February.

1500 Edgewater

I stayed at this property at the end of May. The property was exactly what I expected from the picture on website at Ocean Reef. The condo was updated with granite kitchen counters and updated bathrooms. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and had plenty of space for four adults. I loved the balcony it provided a beautiful view and the sound of the ocean. It had a patio set that allowed us to eat outside and enjoy the view. We loved the fact that balcony was covered so provided shade. Amenities were nice my son used the gym, he said it was good. We used the pools and jacuzzi and were enjoyable plenty of lounges available. Easy rental of chairs and umbrellas on beach. We would definitely rent this property again in the future and through Ocean Reef the pricing was better and they made it so easy.

Great spot

Loved the condo! Great view. It was just two of us. Big lanai, nice appliances and I loved the master bed and bedding! I would like to replicate it for my home.

Enjoyed the views

We loved the place! The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of cooking equipment, the beds were very comfortable, and the place was so clean when we arrived. The only downside was the pools were chilly.

Great View

We had a nice stay at Edgewater 1500 with the Ocean Reef property management company. This condo was clean and had everything you would need for a 5 night stay. The washer and dryer are very nice, and there is an ice maker, which is a must at the beach! The pools are great and there is even a bar with pretty good poolside lunch food and drinks open from 11-2, which was very convenient. The beach is right there and it was very easy to rent the beach chairs and umbrellas. Those are not included through Ocean Reef, but the rates are a bit cheaper that way, and since we didn't need them everyday, I preferred to rent as needed rather than having it built into the price of the condo. I really like the way the HOA sets up the chairs too. Everyone gets a great view of the water, because no one is allowed to set up chairs straight across the beach in a line. I could have done without the beach DJ's. (I have never understood this part of public beach use, but that has nothing to do with this review) On another note, the beds were pretty comfy, but I always bring my own pillow which helps tremendously with sleeping well. The balcony was nice with decent furniture. It is ideal for 2, would sleep 4 comfortably, but more than that might be a stretch. The couch did fold out into a bed, so a family of 6 with small kids would work, but 6 adults, probably not, it just depends on everyone's comfort level with one another. There is one bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and one bathroom with just the standup shower. The bathrooms, are pretty small, but that shouldn't bother anyone on a vacation. Overall I would definitely rent this condo again. I found Ocean Reef easy to work with too.
