Emerald Dunes 105 is a two bedroom beachfront vacation rental that can sleep up to eight happy beach-going guests. It is located on the first floor of a low-rise condominium complex that is aptly named as it overlooks the "emerald" toned waters of the gulf where it sits perched upon some sugar white "dunes." This sought after first-floor dune level residence is literally only a handful of steps away from the access that leads down to the shimmering crystalline beach. A covered patio off the open living area faces a strip of lush lawn, the dunes adorned with sea oats, and the glistening gulf.

As a coveted "end unit," four angled walls of windows provide panoramic views of the sparkling scenery from the spacious open living area. A dove grey couch and two accent chairs comprise a comfortable seating ensemble beside one set of windows. A white dining table with six intricately carved chairs sits next to the sliding glass patio doors that also offer sweeping gulf views. The bright open kitchen beside it includes a long granite countertop bar with side stools where drinks and appetizers may be served.

The vibrantly colored Master Bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a full private ensuite bath. The tropically inspired Guest Bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed with access to a full hall bath that also serves as a convenient powder room. The bunk beds are tucked in nearby off the hallway.

Emerald Dunes has a lovely seasonally heated pool, a simmering hot tub for soothing relaxation and convenient access to a private beach access. You may go from taking a pool plunge to wading into the Gulf within minutes. You are also a short stroll away down the sugary shoreline from the Henderson Beach Park, with its expansive beach, white dunes splattered with sea oats and inland trails. Four favorite locally owned restaurants are nearby right on Scenic Highway 98 including The Crab Trap, Camille's, 790 on the Gulf and the Beachwalk Cafe.

This great location is also just blocks away from the Disney-like shopping village of Destin Commons, which includes turreted towers, palm-lined pedestrian-friendly avenues, and fountains. This retail village has been awarded Best Shopping in Destin due to its abundant array of designer clothing shops, specialty boutiques, restaurants, bars and a state of the arts Multiplex Theater. A Publix Grocery Store, A Wholefoods Market, wine outlets, many other clothiers and nationally known restaurants are located at other adjacent shopping centers nearby.

This conveniently centralized location places you equidistant between Destin and Miramar Beach allowing you to have the best of both worlds. This includes all the action at Harborwalk Village on the Destin Marina as well as abundant amusements for family fun at the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. Restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals, free concerts and specialty shops are located at each place.
