Crystal Beach in Destin is named for the unique composition of pure shimmering quartz crystal sands that makes The Emerald Coast world famous. The sparkling sugar white sandy shore borders the ever changing translucent, emerald toned waters of the gorgeous gulf, which is absolutely dazzling. Crystal Beach is on Scenic Gulf Drive and borders Destiny towards the East and the expansive Henderson Beach State Park to the West.

Emerald Dunes 503 is centrally located right in the heart of this affluent beachfront community. This three bedroom vacation rental has been recently remodeled and offers amazing views of the glistening gulf waters that extend as far as one can see. The furnishings are both comfortable and elegant, which provides a decidedly upscale ambiance. The main living area has a couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa as well as love seat, both of which are finished in lovely soft pleasing pastel color fabrics. Two light blue armchairs flank each side of the sliding glass doors that graciously lead out onto the breezy beachfront balcony. An over-sized flat screen TV in this room makes evening movie viewing a pleasure. A beautiful creamy white wooden dining table sits beneath a domed chandelier with six intricately carved chairs available for enjoying a fine gourmet meal for those evenings when you want to dine in. The open kitchen has everything you might need with modern stainless steel appliances. A shiny granite topped bar also has four bar stools that face it.

Emerald Dunes 503's Master Bedroom has a private full bathroom en suite. The comfortable king sized bed sits adjacent to a row of windows and faces another flat screen TV. Here you may enjoy simultaneous views in bed of the sparkling gulf waters while checking out the morning forecast.  The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed and the thrid bedroom includes a twin bunk.  Both of these room too included a flat screen TV for entertainment.  Besides the beach, Emerald Dunes has a sparkling swimming pool and a bubbling hot tub for relaxation as well as professional outdoor grilling facilities.

This convenient Crystal Beach location is just blocks away from the upscale shopping village of Destin Commons complete with a myriad of designer clothing shops, specialty boutiques, restaurants and a state of the arts Multiplex Theater. A Publix Grocery Store and other shops and restaurants are also close by. From this conveniently centralized position you are equidistant between Destin in one direction and Miramar Beach towards the other. This allows you to have all the action at Harborwalk Village on the Destin Harbor as well as family fun at the Village of Baytowne Wharf and shopping in Sandestin.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub, Queen Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks, Laundry.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.
