Ever wonder what it would be like to reside regally at your own villa somewhere on the French Riviera? Well now you have a chance to stay in a special residential community of privileged living that resembles the original St. Tropez, but is centered in its own precious piece of paradise here in Florida. This prestigious enclave that is aptly named Saint Tropez since it was distinctively designed to have that same rich romantic classic castle-like look. The multi-million dollar homes here are completed with turrets, thick terracotta tiled roofing, stucco exteriors and spiral columned beautiful balconies and plenty of palms that sway in the gulf breeze. The emerald toned gulf is just a short distance away but you may have a hard time leaving this precious place since it is located in an enchantingly lovely tropical world of its own. Emerald Palazzo is like a little palace that overlooks a lavish lovely lagoon pool in this community's center with spurting fountains, a bubbling hot tub and lush landscaping.

This exceedingly gracious three-story vacation home exudes a classic refined style of elegance and has four beautifully furnished bedrooms that can sleep up to 11 fortunate guests. The main open sunny living area has burnished salmon and light mocha framed tile flooring that flows throughout accentuating the already spacious space. The comfortable furnishings include a plush wraparound couch and accent chair that sits beside a double corner wall of triple panel sliding glass doors that provide vivid views of the sensational scenery outdoors. They lead to a turreted balcony overlooking the sparkling blue pool, fountains and towering Royal Palm trees around the large courtyard area. A wrought iron table with cushioned chairs allows you to enjoy a glass of wine while gazing upon this enchanting tropical world. A large TV on the other side of this room is available for evening entertainment. An elegant dining table with four high backed chairs sits nearby beneath a vintage chandelier. The state of the arts Gourmet kitchen features gleaming stainless steel appliances but has the look of a country estate with double arched windows and a scrolled wood pedestal granite topped open bar with three decorative metal chairs.

An opulent spiraling staircase tower leads to the giant Master Bedroom Suite which encompasses most of the third floor with a romantic balcony with seating overlooking the pool, and a private luxury bath. The charming Guest Bedrooms also have access to their own poolside patios or balconies and are individually adorned in an elegant classic fashion.

The wonderful world of Saint Tropez seems out of time and space but is centered in the heart of Miramar Beach. This location off Scenic Gulf Drive places you near popular gulf front restaurants and fun friendly beach bars that are just minutes away. Silver Sands is also located in Miramar Beach and happens to be the largest discount designer outlet in the nation. Professional tennis and championship golf are nearby at Seascape where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special rates. Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin are also close by featuring restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops, seasonal festivals, outdoor concerts as well as delightful diversions.

Our vacation was so relaxing and fully accommodated
We had one really minor issue but nothing that disturbed our time. The communication with maintenance and Heather were very polite and helpful. If anyone that stays with their company needs assistance, never hesitate to reach out. They are fantastic people. The walk to the beach was less than 5 min. My 5 year old gets worn easily and she was still full of energy after our walks. The neighborhood is peaceful, except when you get a group of teenagers in the pool that doesn’t follow rules with noise and music. Thankfully, it was only 1 night. Overall, I would recommend everyone to stay with Ocean Reef. Especially at the Emerald Palazzo:)

Great Experience!
Absolutely perfect for a family vacation! The house backs right up to the pool and is only about a 7 min walk to beach, restaurants, shops etc.. no need for a golf cart. We had the best time and are already planning a return trip.

It was a cold freeze with weather. but property was well cleaned and as described. Restaurants around was amazing and be sure to use the check in portal for great restaurants! I recommend bijoux! Property management kept in touch and was very professional! Great family time we had a chef come and cook for us! Was amazing!!

The deeded beach access neighbors the Surf Hut restaurant directly across the street and is approximately a 3-4 minute walk away. Be sure to bring sunscreen!
