The main open sunny living area has burnished salmon and light mocha framed tile flooring that flows throughout accentuating the already spacious space. The comfortable furnishings include a plush wraparound couch and accent chair that sits beside a double corner wall of triple panel sliding glass doors that provide vivid views of the sensational scenery outdoors. They lead to a turreted balcony overlooking the sparkling blue pool, fountains and towering Royal Palm trees around the large courtyard area. A wrought iron table with cushioned chairs allows you to enjoy a glass of wine while gazing upon this enchanting tropical world. A large TV on the other side of this room is available for evening entertainment. An elegant dining table with four high backed chairs sits nearby beneath a vintage chandelier. The state of the arts Gourmet kitchen features gleaming stainless steel appliances but has the look of a country estate with double arched windows and a scrolled wood pedestal granite topped open bar with three decorative metal chairs.

An opulent spiraling staircase tower leads to the giant Master Bedroom Suite which encompasses most of the third floor with a romantic balcony with seating overlooking the pool, and a private luxury bath. The charming Guest Bedrooms also have access to their own poolside patios or balconies and are individually adorned in an elegant classic fashion.

The wonderful world of Saint Tropez seems out of time and space but is centered in the heart of Miramar Beach. This location off Scenic Gulf Drive places you near popular gulf front restaurants and fun friendly beach bars that are just minutes away. Silver Sands is also located in Miramar Beach and happens to be the largest discount designer outlet in the nation. Professional tennis and championship golf are nearby at Seascape where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special rates. Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin are also close by featuring restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops, seasonal festivals, outdoor concerts as well as delightful diversions.
