Description

This two-bedroom coastal condo at Emerald Waters in Miramar Beach can sleep six beachgoers with two large king-sized beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa. This Destin complex sits on the corner of Holiday Road and borders the prestigious palm-lined neighborhood of Frangista Beach. It's an exclusive Mediterranean-styled building that is directly across the street from the glowing “emerald waters” of the gulf - for which it was named. The grounds are centered upon a lagoon-shaped swimming pool surrounded by a stone patio for sunning before or after your refreshing swim. A bubbling hot tub is also provided for pampered relaxation.

Emerald Waters 206, lovingly known as Haven Holiday, has an open living, dining, and kitchen area with a wall of sliding glass doors that lead out to a private balcony. It looks down upon the lush landscapes with tropical plants, palm trees, and flowering magnolias. A plush sleeper sofa and two accent chairs face a rustic cabinet with coastal décor and a large flatscreen TV for entertainment. A beach-inspired dining table has a hardwood bench and four cottage-styled chairs near the open kitchen. Two wide hardwood stools sit beside a mottled granite-topped bar for extra wining and dining, while the kitchen has everything needed to create fun culinary delights.

The primary bedroom has handsome hardwood furnishings, a king-size bed, and a sunny window overlooking the pool. The ensuite bath features double vanity sinks and a tub-shower combination. A hall bath with a tub-shower combination serves the guest bedroom with another king-size bed.

This marvelous Miramar Beach location is minutes away from popular gulf front restaurants and lively beach bars. In fact, one called Pompano Joe’s is within walking distance. This vibrantly colorful place has a Key West-styled feel with open-air seating, allowing diners to enjoy the breezy views of the bright, beautiful beach and the glowing jewel-toned gulf. They serve delicious seafood baskets, fresh gulf-caught fish entrees, savory appetizers, sandwiches, salads, craft cocktails, tropical drinks, wine, and cold beer. A championship golf course and pro tennis center are very close by at the Seascape Resort, where Ocean Reef guests receive special reduced rates. Area grocery stores and shopping adventures are also an easy drive away. The highly popular Destin Commons retail village is minutes away and provides an idyllic shopping experience. This captivating shopping village includes pedestrian-friendly avenues lined with royal palm trees, European-styled turrets, a clock tower, a classic fountain, and a geyser plaza where kids can enjoy refreshing frolic. This charming place includes a big Bass Pro Shops, a Belk’s Department Store, a variety of fine clothiers, fashion boutiques, shoe shops, jewelers, specialty shops, restaurants with bars, and a multiplex AMC movie theater.

Also minutes away towards the east is one of the largest discount designer centers in the nation, famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Here you can find incredible bargains on a wide array of world-class designer goods. The enchanting New Orleans French Quarter-inspired Village of Baytowne Wharf and upscale urbane tropically landscaped Grand Boulevard are located nearby at Sandestin Resort. They provide wonderful shopping spots, a wide variety of restaurants, bars with live music, outdoor concerts, family amusements, year-round festivals, and vibrant seasonal fireworks celebrations.

Spotless & less than a minute to the beach!

We stayed for 5 nights and it was great! The condo looked exactly like the pictures and felt very comfy cozy. Every room was very clean and had everything you could need for a weeks stay. The walk to the private beach access was right across the street which was a breeze. We would definitely stay with Ocean Reef again!

What a Great Time!

My husband & I stayed in this condo w/ another couple & what a great week! The condo was so clean & well appointed! Had everything you could possibly want/need. The pool is onsite. The beach is just across the street. Coffee shop & pizza place walking distance. So many restaurants & shops close by. This 2BR/2BA is perfect for 2 couples or a family. We will definitely be going this Fall w/ family. We found a good one!! The king beds are so comfy. The tv couldn’t be any larger! Onsite parking & an elevator…couldn’t ask for more. Awesome Condo!

Loved our stay

Our family of four had the perfect stay at this condo! The condo is clean, nicely decorated, kept with all needed essentials. The beds were spacious and comfortable. The Perfect Getaway

I don’t typically leave reviews, but I had the BEST time at this condo and it was worth mentioning. I went on a little weekend getaway with my boyfriend. I’ve traveled all over Florida, but never this far north, and I’m so glad I did. A few highlights: The condo itself was so clean and welcoming. I loved the design and layout of the space. Perfect for a couple, but would also love to come back with friends because the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were spacious and separated enough for privacy. The living area is also great for multiple people (and game nights). It’s in a PRIME location. Close to the beach, nice long walking path (along the whole beach), so much shopping, etc. The area really accommodates anyone's vacation/activity preference. The beach has the most clear water and the sand was so pure. I’ve travelled all over the world and have never experienced anything like it. The condo has its own private beach, which is nice! Honestly the whole stretch of beach was really peaceful. The sunsets are to die for. Whether you see them from the condo patio or walk the 4 minutes to the private beach, you’re in for a treat. To conclude, it was a truly great experience. I only wish we stayed longer. Travel note: If Destin airport doesn’t have great flight options, I recommend flying into Panama City. It was a quick and easy drive to the perfect Florida oasis. Highly recommended!

Great Spot!

The location was amazing. I love how close it was to the water. The private beach was beautiful, the condo was very well kept and up to date. The king sized beds were a big plus for a large man like myself. Centrally located and close to a lot of different activities. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved the condo would definitely rent this property again.

There was construction at the building we weren’t aware of prior to booking - spoke with your office and y’all weren’t aware either. However, after elevators were shut down and some electrical issues in our unit due to construction… ocean reef was quick to send maintenance and also sent the nicest or employee to help us with our luggage when we checked out due to elevators down.

Awesome location and amenities

We really enjoyed this condo! It had everything we needed. The bunk bed was large enough for two adults to sleep comfortably on the lower bunk. The pool was nice and the beach was just across the street. The beach was amazing!!! Emerald green water with perfect white powdery sand!! We will definitely be back!!

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available for rent. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can reserve chairs and umbrellas over the phone, or directly on the sand. See you soon!
