This three-bedroom vacation rental residence at the Empress will provide palatial coastal quarters for up to eight fortunate beach-going guests.  The exclusive gated community has an outstanding location on Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin's Miramar Beach. Its prominent beach-facing placement features stunning views of the dazzling gulf and a precious coastal dune lake nestled beside it. 

Empress 301 is a spacious residence that takes full advantage of its position with a wraparound balcony that faces the bright white beach and jeweled waters of the gulf as well as the lovely lake. It provides spectacular views of heavenly sunsets throughout the year, especially from October into early March when the golden orb descends right into the gulf. You will enjoy spending a lot of time here enjoying favorite tropical drinks with appetizers since the expansive balcony is directly accessible from the open living area and two Primary Bedroom Suites. Light parchment tiled flooring throughout the living area, soaring ten-foot ceilings, along with double sets of three panel sliding glass doors accentuate the already abundant space and provide sensational views of the shore. One large living area faces the gulf with comfortable seating provided by a latte-toned couch, elegant armchairs, and a charming decorative metal glass-topped café table. This space also includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, offering flexible accommodations for additional guests. The open kitchen in the center features crisp white custom cabinetry, a wide cream-colored bar, and plenty of appliances to fulfill all your culinary needs. A portal opens into a lavish formal dining room with an oblong double pedestal-based table beneath a stylish chandelier with six ladderback-framed chairs that feature attractive soft cushioned seating. A regal columned portal leads back into the second comfortable living area with views of the lake, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a matching love seat, and a cozy leather lounge chair that faces a dormant fireplace as well as a large flatscreen TV.

The Primary Bedroom has a king-sized bed with gleaming gulf views through the sliding glass balcony doors and a set of windows. The large luxurious ensuite bath includes double vanities with a centered dressing table, a deep soaking tub, and a separate glass-walled shower. The other gulf side suite also provides balcony access and glittering views. It includes a king-sized bed along with a private bath with a tub-shower combination. The second Guest Bedroom with twin beds has a serene look with sand-colored walls, a row of four expansive windows overlooking the lake, and access to a full hall bath.

Amazing amenities at the Empress include a shimmering sugar-white beach that spans 2,000 linear feet beside the gorgeous gulf. A lovely lagoon-shaped swimming pool with a simmering Hot Tub that's flanked by a row of palm trees provides vivid views of the coastal dune lake. A pedestrian bridge gracefully crosses over the pristine lake to a championship golf course and pro tennis club where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special discounts.

The Empress is minutes away from popular gulf-front restaurants with friendly beach bars, grocery stores, liquor wine shops, and one of the nation's largest designer discount centers, famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Restaurants, bars, shopping venues, concerts, and fun festivals are on the resort grounds and at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf, along with swank Grand Boulevard in nearby Sandestin.
