This spacious vacation residence sleeps up to eight beachgoers and has easy access to the gorgeous Gulf. It is located with a prominent position centered upon Scenic Gulf Drive at the Empress in the heart of Destin's Miramar Beach. A wraparound balcony from the beachside living area and two Master Suites overlook the luminescent jewel-like waters of the glittering Gulf. The other living space and a Guest Bedroom overlook the lovely lake along with a golf course out back. This luxury tower is near Seascape Resort, where Ocean Reef guests receive special reduced rates for championship golf and tennis. Ocean Reef visitors also enjoy discounted beach recreational rentals here for jet skis, kayaks, paddleboards, and other fun water sports.

The living area of Empress 503 that overlooks the beach is decorated in vibrant colors that include raspberry sherbet toned drapes, a plush royal blue couch, and two richly striped armchairs that look out onto the Gulf. A TV in a blonde hardwood cabinet provides entertainment. A glass topped dining table with four enchanting café styled decorative metal framed chairs sits beside a bright ample kitchen with a bar to easily serve tasty treats and favorite drinks. A breezy beach balcony with a table and chairs also allows you to dine al fresco while enjoying the vivid views and listening to soothing surf sounds. The second living area in the back overlooks a serene lake and golf course with its own balcony to experience the stimulating views. This room is decorated with classic Floridian flair that includes a floral patterned couch that doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a love seat and two wicker armchairs with comfortable cushioned chairs. A cabinet with a TV provides entertainment.

Two beautifully appointed Master Bedroom Suites each have king sized beds, beach view balconies, and on suite baths. An excellent Guest Bedroom with glorious lake views has twin beds and access to a full hall bath.

This highly sought after destination is close to popular beachfront restaurants with friendly shoreside bars along Scenic Gulf Drive, and one of them called the Whale's Tail is directly across from this beach view residence. Grocery stores, wine outlets and bargain shopping at one of the nation's largest discount designer centers, famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets are minutes away.  Restaurants, rollicking bars, abundant amusements for all ages, seasonal festivals with fireworks and free musical concerts are also nearby at the captivating Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as the upscale Town Center of Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.
