This stately four-bedroom vacation home places ten fortunate guests in the exclusively gated residential enclave of Emerald Waters Village. Offering an outstanding location in Destin's Miramar Beach, this lovely rental has deeded beach access to the sugary shoreline on Scenic Gulf Drive. On top of that, a courtyard with a private 14'x29' swimming pool has a regal look adorned with palm trees and four garden openings that frame tropical scenery. Three lion’s head sculptures on the wall spurt water into the pool, providing a tranquil setting. A covered veranda with comfortable, elegant furnishings includes a couch, a love seat, and two armchairs around an oval cocktail table that overlooks the pool. Four tropical bamboo chairs surround a raised table beside an outdoor kitchen with a stainless steel gas grill, a wet bar, a mini-refrigerator, and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV for poolside entertainment. Besides this watery paradise and the gorgeous gulf, guests also have access to two large community swimming pools for added fun.

Endless Summer has a spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area that overlooks the pool with walls of sliding glass doors providing easy outdoor access. A full hall bath serves as a convenient powder room and dressing area for the pool. The living room features fashionable vintage modern furnishings, including two white couches with green geometric patterns and two striped accent armchairs. They ensemble around a plush blue rug with swirling white patterns while facing a large flatscreen TV mounted on a stone wall above a contemporary gas fireplace. Decorative art throughout this grand home includes seascape prints, paintings of herons, beach scenery, and marine life sculptures. The state-of-the-art kitchen features rustic charcoal-colored custom cabinetry, high-end stainless steel appliances, and an island with four chic blue suede chairs. The dining area has six teal cushioned chairs with gleaming gold brass frames around a rustic dark hardwood table. It is flanked by two sleek white chairs draped with tropical slip covers beside a wall displaying paintings of blue crabs.

The primary bedroom on this level has white coastal furnishings and a king-size bed gleamingly accented by mirrored bedside dressers. It has direct access to the pool patio and luxury ensuite bath with double vanity sinks, ultramodern lighted mirrors, a deep soaking tub, and a spacious glass wall shower with two spray heads. The three guest quarters are upstairs, along with a colorful den with a pink couch, a zebra-striped accent chair, a flatscreen TV, a wine cooler, and a coffee maker. One comfortably furnished guest bedroom includes a king-size bed, an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The other fashionably appointed guest bedrooms have a queen size bed and a bunk room with four twin beds that share a full hall bath with a walk-in shower.

This fantastic Miramar Beach locale is minutes from popular gulf front restaurants with lively beach bars. One of them, called Pompano Joe’s, is only two minutes away. This vibrantly colorful place has a Key West vibe with open wall table seating for diners to enjoy glittering gulf views while enjoying drinks and savory seafood. Area grocery stores and bargain shopping for world-class goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets are also nearby. The enchanting New Orleans French Quarter-inspired Village of Baytowne Wharf and tropically urbane Grand Boulevard are a fairly close distance away at the Sandestin Resort. They provide wonderful shopping adventures, a wide variety of restaurants, bars with live music, outdoor concerts, family amusements, year-round festivals, and vibrant seasonal firework celebrations.
