This stately vacation home on Scenic 30A overlooks a beautiful fairway and lush green at the highly acclaimed Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club. It is only a very short stroll away from the white sugary shoreline. There are comfortable accommodations for fourteen beach-going guests with five bedrooms and multiple beds. This gracious rental home's amenities and creature comforts will make everyone feel like they have arrived in paradise. Amenities include a heated private pool, golf cart, bicycles, and an in-home movie theater - just to name a few. If you love the beach and dream of golf, staying here will be like heaven!

Fairway to Heaven has a bright, spacious open living area with a two-story-tall cathedral ceiling. Walls of windows with paneled sliding glass doors lead out to the green tropical poolside scenery and relaxing sun deck. A row of tropical palm trees reminds you that you are at the beach, while a unique private corner angled swimming pool overlooks the golf course. Inside, two dove gray couches and a couple of fashionable vintage-modern bucket chairs face a floor-to-ceiling white stone fireplace. An extra-large flatscreen TV is mounted above a thick rustic wood mantle for watching the big game or your favorite show. A lavish built-in bar with gleaming white quartz countertops includes multiple stools to enjoy favorite drinks. The stunning state-of-the-art kitchen also has a quartz-topped island with additional seating, rich dark chocolate-colored custom cabinetry, and brushed stainless steel appliances ready to create any culinary delight. The adjacent formal dining area has a rectangular, beach-washed hardwood table with eight high-backed light gray chairs beneath a unique glowing glass orb chandelier. A half-bath powder room is also off the living area for added convenience.

The expansive lower-level master bedroom includes a king-sized bed with a palatial cloth headboard facing a vast stone fireplace mantle. A large wall-mounted flatscreen TV sits above a dresser for evening entertainment. Sliding glass doors provide views and access to the refreshing swimming pool. A luxurious ensuite master bath has a deep soaking tub, a curved glass-walled walk-in shower, and two raised vanity sinks on a long marble counter.

A majestic open staircase sweeps up to the guest quarters from the entry foyer with dramatic views into the living area. One guest bedroom with a soaring vaulted ceiling has a king-sized bed against a royal blue wall and French doors leading to a spacious balcony with golf course views. An ensuite bath is lavished with bright tropical fish and includes double vanities and a walk-in shower. The other guest bedroom has a king-sized bed adorned with a magnificent creamy cloth tufted headboard against a chic multi-striped wall. A tall vaulted ceiling provides a feeling of openness, while double glass doors lead to the partially covered wraparound balcony. An ensuite bathroom includes two raised copper bowl vanity sinks, white quartz countertops, and a tub shower combination with a striking tile backsplash. The other guest quarters are loft-like and perfect for the kids, with built-in twin beds crowned at the far end with bunks that include four more twin beds. It is accessed through a theater room with a giant screen, a cozy couch, a bar with raised seating, and two massive bean bag chairs for lounging. This room also features a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator for keeping your favorite drinks cool and a microwave for buttery "movie-theater" popcorn!

This fantastic Dune Allen Beach location is near popular restaurants, friendly bars with live music, shopping adventures, outdoor amphitheater concerts, and fun seasonal festivities at Gulf Place. The championship eighteen-hole Santa Rosa Golf Course is just out your backdoor, a par 72 course spanning over eighty-five acres of rolling fairways. It includes forested borders, pristine wetlands, and lovely lagoons. This gorgeous golf course just received a multi-million dollar landscape renovation to highlight the sensational scenery. The award-winning Vue on 30A restaurant is right across the street that sits high upon a sugary dune overlooking the jeweled waters of the glittering gulf. It features gourmet Caribbean-styled seafood entrees, tasty appetizers, and wine and craft cocktails. The elegant dining room also features spectacular views of the sparkling seascape below. It is a popular destination for birthday parties, hallmark anniversaries, rehearsal dinners, and wedding receptions.

Ocean Reef made the ease of booking a property seamless.

They gave helpful tips of what and what not to bring. They communicated well with every email or text sent. They were attentive and wanted to make sure we had a great experience. The house was immaculate and we never wanted to leave. My husband said it will be hard to find another house that looked as good as it did. Not only did it look great, it also had a great location. PERFECTION!!!

This was the most FABULOUS house. The pictures online don’t do it justice. Each space was immaculate and gorgeous with ample space for multiple families. The pool was just the right size for our group. Location was steps from the pristine beaches and we had a blast using the golf cart to take us to all the cute restaurants that the owners recommended. The theater room was the perfect way to wind down after a long day in the sun. The only recommendation I have is to BOOK IT SOON and add a few extra days to your trip, because once you are there you will never want to leave!

BEST HOUSE EVER!!!

We have stayed in rental properties all throughout the U.S. and Fairway to Heaven from Ocean Reef was by far the most enjoyable. The property had the best location (across the street from the ocean, and a short walk to shops and restaurants.), the best amenities and absolutely spotless and clean. The gated driveway helped feel so safe at night too! My sons and I cried when leaving because our hearts were so full with love from our amazing trip away. But we owe it to the house and the company for making us feel at home. Thank you!

Ian Retreat

We evacuated from hurricane Ian to paradise! We couldn’t have been any more fortunate to leave the stress and go to a place as beautiful and welcoming as this home. This is by far the most stunning vacation home and location we have stayed. The attention to detail was amazing with gorgeous decor, comfy beds, beautiful views, and every amenity. Our kids loved the pool, golf cart, theater room, and bunk beds. There are several areas to entertain; the huge kitchen, living room with bar, theatre room with kitchen, and outdoor patio/pool. We walked to the beach daily and enjoyed the crystal clear water and perfect sand. My son learned to skim board and we found sea turtles when paddle boarding. It was magical. We rode bikes on miles of paths, enjoyed local restaurants and shopping. We didn’t want to leave!! Book this place and love every minute.

Best weekend trip!

We take the whole family (kids, their spouses, and grandkids) every year to Destin. Always looking for a great property to stay in together. This property met all our expectations. Top notch layout and design.Large refrigerator, which is needed for our crew. The grand kids loved the bunk room. The pool area works extremely well for us with room to swim, get sun! The house was clean and in great shape - looked brand new. Close to everything, short walk to beach, private. Had a super view of the beach! Definitely would recommend this property, and would definitely book it again.

Fantastic location & stunning home

What a fantastic location, if you are looking for a home within walking distance to ocean, shops & restaurants this is it & yet it’s not a busy area the pace here is a little slower. The interior of this home is stunning & has everything you need. All furnishings are new & very clean. Great bunk room for a group of teens, plus huge theatre for those that want I will rent this property every year. The property is gated for your safety & privacy. I will definitely rent this property again. Don’t miss out it was awesome.

You Should Stay Here!!!

If you are considering booking this place- yes. Stay here! I travel to Florida with my family often and this has by far been my favorite place we stayed. Beautiful inside and out. The bar access between the kitchen and living was perfect for entertaining our group. The showers and master tub screamed relaxation. Everything you need for the perfect vacation is right here. We truly felt at home staying. It was so convenient to be able to walk across the street to the beach, break away for lunch, and return for the beautiful sunset. The pool provided us with a nice change of scenery. My family enjoyed the local restaurants and shops being accessible by foot, golf cart, and/or bikes! We really loved that there was a gas station for emergency essentials so close by! We will be returning. So Book this place. You won’t regret it.

Amazing Vacation Home

This home is perfect for your family getaway to Florida. It is a stunning home, with all the amenities. Just steps from beach, it's location is perfect! You can bike to shops or restaurants easily. This vacation home had everything our family needed- the bunk room was perfect. The pool was a perfect place to enjoy after a day at the beach. I've rented many vacation houses and this one is by far the best. It's gated for protection and is really a dream getaway for your family with all the luxurious touches this home offers. Perfect vacation getaway

Fairway to Heaven is incredible. They were very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean, beds were so comfy, house is stunning and had all of the necessities for a few night stay or a week stay! The neighborhood outside the beautiful house had a lot of life within walking distances. However, it was very quiet when you were in the house. The house was walking distance to some tourist attractions, and it was close to the beautiful beach. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Destin. We can’t wait to come back!!!!

Nestled near the sugar-white sandy beaches, Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club is a member-only course but does provide visitors with incredible golf course views and access to the nearby gulf-front restaurant, Vue on 30A.

A convenient public beach access is only a 1-2 minute walk away. The nearby boardwalk is located just past Allen Loop Dr. to the west on 30A. Remember the sunscreen!
