Perfect home for our girls trip!!
This was our first time staying in Grayton Beach, and we absolutely loved it! The home was beautiful, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a day at the beach. Even though we couldn’t see the water, we could feel the ocean breeze, hear the waves, and it was just a short stroll to the sand. The provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and golf cart made everything so easy and fun. The outdoor space was amazing, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out without feeling crowded. We loved the laid-back vibe of Grayton Beach—quiet, friendly, and never overcrowded. The local restaurants were fantastic, and having so many great spots nearby was a huge plus. Our “girls trip group” is already looking forward to our next visit to “Feeling OctoMystic”!

Ocean Reef makes everything so easy!
From flexible check-in and out, fast response to any requests, and tons of extras in this property....trip of a lifetime! We will definitely return for much needed rest, relaxation, and family time! Everything was perfect and went smoothly
Loved the text when house was ready and reminders from both to take garbage out. The property offered privacy with the trees. Love the landscape around pool. Picket fence yard great for dog. They had plenty of chairs umbrellas and carts for the beach!

Fantastic Stay
We had a fantastic stay at the house! The location was perfect—with the beach just a short walk away and plenty of portable beach chairs and umbrellas provided, it made our days by the ocean easy and relaxing. Having our own private pool was a huge bonus, and we made great use of the golf cart, even though we didn’t get around to using the bikes. The house had a great beachy vibe, with comfortable furniture throughout—including nice beds. The host really thought of everything, from a well-equipped kitchen to convenient extras like luggage racks and plenty of hooks for towels and bags. We also appreciated the layout: our kids each had their own bedroom while sharing a bathroom, and my wife and I enjoyed having the entire downstairs to ourselves. A great setup all around.

A wonderful beach week for our family!
What a great week with family, from grandkids to grandparents! This house is nestled in a group of beautiful homes on a quiet street in Grayton, our favorite place on 30A. The interior was so lovely, and a family member said, “Nothing in here is from Hobby Lobby!” Very tasteful, in soothing colors. The location was perfect for morning walks, and so close to the beach. Easily walkable. The pool was great for a group our size, and the “under deck” area was screened and spacious! Plenty of space for kids to play, in case of a pop up shower. The kitchen was well stocked, which was good for us because we cook large meals when we’re together on vacation. We needed a stock pot, so we called the Ocean Reef office, and had a brand new pot delivered to our door in just a matter of hours! Perfect for our low country boil! The Ocean Reef staff could not have been more helpful. This house was easily one of our favorites from our 15 summers on 30A.

Great stay in Grayton
This place was perfect for our family. The boys loved having the downstairs to themselves. It would also be great for two small families since both could have their own floor. The location was perfect with easy access to the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the beach. Having always stayed in Destin, Grayton Beach will be where we come back on our next trip.

There is not a better place to stay! The home is quintessential Grayton Beach ... charming, spacious and so clean. We had the most amazing time in this home. Especially loved the outdoor spaces and pool. Super quick walk to the gorgeous and quiet beach. Didn't want to go home and will be back !!!

Beautiful Homes in a Great Location!
I cannot say enough about this home with a private pool! Not only is it beautifully decorated and comfortable, they had everything we needed from corn hole, private pool, toiletries, laundry detergent, and more. The House is a quick walk to a private beach, Red Bar and all that Grayton Beach has to offer. Golf cart and 4 bikes included. We will definitely rent this house again. Don't hesitate - Book it!
