Located on the Gulf side of Scenic 30A in the Summers Edge community, this rental is just a short stroll from the bright beach and a precious coastal dune lake. The living area features a laid-back coastal style, with two white tropical slip-covered couches, a love seat, and a unique natural wicker armchair. These pieces encircle a large square dark leather ottoman that can hold a cocktail tray and face a large flatscreen TV mounted on a handsome rich hardwood cabinet for entertainment.

A sunny alcove near the corner windows at the foot of the staircase includes two tropical straw-woven cushioned chairs and a plush blue bench. Decorative art throughout the home includes seascape paintings, nautical accents, driftwood pieces, stylish mirrors, and abstract art. Honey-toned hardwood flooring flows from the living area into the charming country-style kitchen and dining area. An oval hardwood dining table is flanked by benches on each side and accompanied by antique white-washed ladder-back chairs with woven straw seats. Nearby, a row of windows features royal blue cushioned seating that spans its width. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated October through April.
