With towering palms that flank this stunning home, you’ll immediately fall into vacation mode upon arrival. On the second floor, you’ll find the massive great room that is perfect for gathering and socializing with your fellow beachgoers. High ceilings, large windows, and pale beach tones highlight the room’s spaciousness. The living area comprises two wraparound sofas that center around a large wooden coffee table. The seating arrangement faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a dormant fireplace and enjoys palm tree views from windows on every side. Wood floors extend beneath an archway into a dreamy kitchen. The sunny kitchen features ample counter and cabinet space, sleek countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a kitchen island, and an angled breakfast bar. Raised stools at the bar provide a great spot for a casual breakfast or for serving tasty appetizers. Between the kitchen and living area sits the dining room, which includes a wooden table and seating for eight. But don’t feel like you need to dine inside your entire stay! A breezy balcony features multiple outdoor tables and chairs for alfresco dining. There’s nothing better than enjoying breakfast, lunch, dinner, or cocktails in the fresh coastal air.

Five bedrooms are spread across each of the home’s three levels. The one-of-a-kind primary suite offers vacationers a private retreat. The sunny bedroom has a king-size bed, a sitting area with two plush armchairs that double as twin beds, two additional twin fold-out ottomans, an expansive walk-in closet, and views for days. It also has a luxury ensuite bath with tile flooring, multiple vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.

Two of the other bedrooms have king-size beds and private baths, as well. One of these also doubles as an office with a large desk, which is great for remote workers, and includes a twin fold-out ottoman. The other is on the first floor and offers direct access to the patio and pool. Each of the remaining bedrooms is a bunkroom—one has a full/full bunk, while the other includes a twin/twin bunk and a queen bed.

In addition to opulent sleeping accommodations, this picture-perfect property offers an entertainment room with an Xbox and a multi-game stand-up arcade, as well as a private pool to elevate your vacation experience. Furnished with a sofa, beanbag chairs, and a twin fold-out ottoman, the space feels cozy and relaxing. The room also has a wet bar and mini fridge, and a glass door that leads to the pool. The pool area is a private little oasis, with a paver patio and tropical plants that surround a refreshing pool and hot tub. Pool chairs, outdoor dining furniture, and a BBQ grill complete the outdoor space.

Golden Sand is also only a one-minute stroll to the soft, sandy shores of Miramar Beach (no roads to cross). You’ll be bathing your feet in warm Gulf waves before you’ve even realized you’ve left the house!
