Beach access is just 295 feet away—about a one-minute walk—and you can even catch a glimpse of the Gulf from the driveway. Back at the house, a fenced outdoor retreat centers around the private pool, which may be heated for an additional option, with generous seating for lingering in the Florida sunshine.

Inside, original personality blends with fresh, polished updates for a space that feels relaxed rather than overly formal. Two separate living areas give everyone room to spread out, whether the day calls for a quiet morning with coffee, an afternoon break from the beach, or an easy evening together. The open, fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar for two along with window-side counter seating for four, keeping conversation flowing while meals come together. Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom with TV, private half bath, and direct pool patio access; a queen bedroom with TV; a bedroom with two twin beds and TV; and a bunk nook in the second living area with two twin-over-twin bunks. Two shared full bathrooms include one with a tub/shower combination and another with a walk-in shower, while a stacked washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

The location puts the unmistakable energy of Grayton Beach right outside your door. Follow the driveway toward DeFuniak Street and Hotz Avenue, and within about a minute you can be stepping onto the sand; four complimentary beach chairs make those Gulf days even easier. Chiringo is next door, while longtime Grayton favorite The Red Bar is only about a 30-second walk away, placing dining, drinks, and live local flavor within effortless reach.
