Now known as Grayt Haven—formerly Sea Prize—this stunning four-level retreat in the heart of Grayton Beach offers the perfect blend of coastal elegance and relaxed comfort. With 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and accommodations for up to 16 guests (2 Kings, 4 Queens, and 4 Twin bunks), this spacious home is designed for gathering. Just a short 1-minute walk to beach access (no road to cross), you’ll spend your days moving effortlessly between the sugar-white sand and your own private pool, all while enjoying glimpses of the sparkling Gulf from elevated balconies above.

Inside, bright coastal finishes and warm wood flooring create an inviting, airy atmosphere. The main living level features an open-concept layout where the kitchen, dining, and living spaces flow together seamlessly—ideal for shared meals, movie nights, and easy conversation. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and seating that accommodates the whole group. The Primary King Suite is conveniently located on this level, offering privacy and comfort just steps from the heart of the home. Upstairs, additional guest rooms include a King suite, two Queen bedrooms with attached baths, and a cheerful bunk room perfect for younger guests or extra sleepers. The top level reveals a Gulf-view balcony and wet bar—an inviting setting for sunset cocktails and evening breezes.

Outdoors, Grayt Haven truly shines. The private pool is surrounded by lounging space for soaking up the Florida sunshine, while covered balconies provide shaded retreats throughout the day.
