With 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and accommodations for up to 16 guests, the home is perfectly suited for large families and group getaways. Just a 1-minute walk to beach access with no road to cross, guests can move effortlessly from the sugar-white sand to the home’s private pool while enjoying Gulf views from multiple balconies and outdoor living spaces above.

Inside, the home feels bright, polished, and welcoming, blending airy interiors with warm wood flooring, coastal textures, and abundant natural light. The main living level was designed for connection, featuring an open-concept layout where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together beneath soaring ceilings and expansive windows. The spacious kitchen is beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, generous prep space, and seating that easily accommodates the entire group for everything from slow breakfasts to celebratory dinners after a day on the beach. On the top level, a bonus den with a wet bar opens to elevated outdoor space where Gulf breezes and sunset skies create an inviting backdrop for evening gatherings or relaxed afternoons away from the crowd.
