This gracious newly renovated home on 30A features six bedrooms, a refreshing lagoon-style private pool, and accommodations for a dozen beach-going guests. It is the perfect place for a wonderful beach reunion with friends and family since sleeping quarters are located on all three levels of the home, in addition to a separate guest house. The fantastic Grayton Beach location is close to the sugary-white shore and the captivating historic village center with shops and dining. A short 3 to 4-minute stoll will have you there in no time, but why walk when you can take the six complimentary bicycles?! This locale borders the jewel-toned gulf waters and stunning Western Lake. Coastal dune lakes of this kind are a precious natural treasure found hardly anywhere else in the world. Besides here, they are only found in Australia, New Zealand, Madagascar, and the state of Oregon. Creek-like tributaries meander across the sandy dunes from the lake into the open gulf with tidal action creating a magical mixture of salted artisan spring-fed water. This mixture supports a thriving habitat for wildlife, a wide variety of fish, and lots of waterfowl. A nearby village dock invites you to go paddle boarding, kayaking, or fishing while exploring the lovely lake. On the opposite side of Western Lake is Grayton Beach State Park, recently reported as one of the most beautiful beaches in America by Forbes Magazine.

Graytfully B is an enchanting vacation home with Old Florida exteriors and a front porch inviting you to “sit a spell” while enjoying some lemonade or your favorite adult beverage. The first floor is accessible by an entry ramp to the open living, dining, and kitchen areas. They include multiple windows for natural light accented by a rich blend of hardwood flooring. Comfortable furnishings include a latte-toned couch and four matching armchairs that ensemble around a beachy hardwood cocktail table. A large flatscreen TV above a chic cabinet provides entertainment. The other side of this room has a rustic country dining table beneath a wagon wheel chandelier and eight cottage-style chairs. The upscale kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances with a large gas range, custom cabinetry, a gleaming white textured brick backsplash, and smoky marble countertops.

The primary bedroom on the first-floor level includes a comfortable king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite bath. It features a handsome dark vanity sink and an accessible glass-walled walk-in shower. A guest bedroom, also on the first floor, features a queen-sized bed with an ensuite walk-in shower. Other guest quarters on the second floor are nicely appointed with comfortable coastal and cottage-styled furnishings. A bonus primary suite with a king-sized bed includes an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Another guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed has access to a full hall bath with walk-in shower. This communal bathroom also serves sleeping quarters in a special third-story bonus loft with two twin beds. Kids will love this room because it resembles a rustic “A” frame lodge with a cathedral ceiling and leads out to an open sundeck.

A guest house out back with a vaulted ceiling includes a nicely furnished living area with a creamy brown lounge chair and a blue couch facing a flatscreen TV. A whitewashed cottage dining table for two sits beside an open kitchen. A lovely bedroom with a queen-sized bed has access to a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination.

Besides having easy access to the shimmering shoreline and lake, this Grayton Beach locale offers many other delightful pursuits. The famous Red Bar is just a short stroll away, serving great food, craft cocktails, wine, and beer while providing live nightly musical entertainment. The unique Zoo Gallery is right across the street with a colorful array of decorative art, jewelry, and beach-inspired furnishings created by artists nationwide. Next door, Tribe Kelley Surf Post offers a wide array of chic, fashionable coastal clothing and handpicked shore-styled accouterments. The Chiringo’s Restaurant & Bar is a short stroll away, which serves small plates, seafood, and favorite drinks while featuring seasonal entertainment. Destin’s famous AJ’s Seafood & Oyster Bar now has a Grayton Beach location only about a minute away by car. They feature delicious oysters, fresh gulf-caught seafood, and rollicking bands that play nightly into the wee hours of the morning. This location is also near other great restaurants, beach bars, fashion boutiques, galleries, and specialty shops in other picture-perfect coastal villages like Seaside and the Santa Rosa Beach village center of Gulf Place.
