Grayton Beach Villas 103, known as Groovy Grayton, is a newly remodeled vacation rental residence that accommodates up to six beachgoers. This popular end unit has lots of extra windows for a sunny vibe and is located just a short stroll away from the village center of Grayton Beach. Even closer, the beach is an arrow's shot away, so close to the gulf you can hear the calming sounds of the surf while feeling the cool gulf breeze. A balcony with comfortable furnishings and vibrant artwork spans its width with direct access from both the living area as well as the primary bedroom suite.

Recent renovations to Grayton Beach Villas 103 include comfortable furnishings, chic coastal décor, and lavish lighting. The bright ambiance includes light hardwood flooring with decorative rugs throughout that are highlighted by hardwood accent walls and a massive matching decorative ceiling beam. It provides the perfect blend of casual coastal comfort with magazine-worthy accouterments. The entry hallway bids you welcome with a charming niche that includes a Wine Cooler. A bright white kitchen has a sunny window and features stainless steel appliances with an open counter bar. Here you may easily serve favorite drinks, spread out some savory seafood, or set up a bountiful buffet. A rustic hardwood topped table sits beneath four suspended brass and glass lighting fixtures. It has six cushioned white wooden chairs with a unique web patterned design. A cream-colored wraparound couch sits beside a window and below the hardwood beam with starburst light fixtures. Two matching armchairs complete the ensemble facing a TV mounted on a hardwood accent wall.

The primary bedroom has a regally attired king sized bed, balcony access, and an en-suite bath. The spacious guest bedroom has crisp contemporary décor done in ebonies and creams with a king-sized bed and direct access to a full bath that also connects to the hallway.

This impressive location is close to South Walton's sugary shore and luminescent gulf waters where it adjoins Grayton Beach State Park, recently named one of the most beautiful beaches in America by Forbes Magazine. Western Lake is a short distance away and is a precious natural phenomenon. Coastal dune lakes of this kind are found in few other places in the world. They have a magical composition created when the freshwater estuary connects to the Gulf's salt water. These glorious bodies of water support a huge abundance of wildlife with lots of fish, waterfowl, and native grasses. Besides enjoying the gorgeous gulf, you might try fishing or explore the lake by paddleboard or kayak. You'll relish the spectacular seascape. The original village center of Grayton Beach has the Zoo Gallery that features unique decorative art from around the nation where you may purchase a colorful treasure. Nearby is the famous Red Bar with great food, drinks, and live music while Chiringo Restaurant serves tasty Spanish style tapas. A wide array of beach bars, specialty boutiques, outdoor concerts and seasonal celebrations are minutes away at other picturesque coastal villages along Scenic 30A.

Great condo, very close to the beach!

The location was perfect—just a short walk to the sand and right near some great restaurants in Grayton. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a quick beach getaway. Loved Groovy Grayton!

We have stayed in this building in another unit multiple times over the last 12 years. This was the first time for the groovy Grayton and we loved it!! So much to live about Grayton. This is super close to the beach, 2 minute walk to The Red Bar and Chringo’s. Quiet, clean and vet well appointed and updated! You won’t be disappointed.

Location, location, location….

This unit was fabulous! The location was perfect….You can throw a rock at Red Bar and walk right out your door to the beach boardwalk. The condo was just as advertised and had the perfect mix of modern meets beach decor. We would for sure stay here again! Quite possibly the best 2 bedroom find in Grayton Beach. Already looked for an open week later in the year but it’s fully booked!

Perfect, Quiet Location Near the Beach

Wow! This place is unique decorated and super cute. Beds are incredibly comfortable and so are the pillows. Walking distance to The Red Bar, white sandy beaches and several cute shops. We really liked how unique and quiet the area was in addition to its proximity to Destin, Watercolor and everything Grayton Beach has to offer. The hosts leave lots of special touches like fun koozies and shopping bags. Really sets them apart. They were even kind enough to send us a personal hand written welcome card. Top notch. Don’t stay anywhere else.
