Steps lead up to the first floor of Grayton Place 4 and are raised high up above the patio. The Guest Bedroom is immediately to the right with a queen-sized bed, a sunny window, and charming cottage styled furnishings. A painting of a beach chair above the bed and colorful anchors with starfish on the walls remind you that you are indeed near the gulf. The spacious sunny Master Bedroom in the back has a nautical theme with a queen sized bed, a prominent armchair, and sliding glass doors leading to the back porch with colorful seating. Both bedrooms connect to a shared full bathroom with another full bath upstairs.

The open top level incorporates the living, dining and cooking areas of this townhome. On one side there are sliding glass doors and a wide window for light and access to the sun deck. A table and chairs invite you to enjoy your favorite tropical drinks outdoors while relishing the gulf breezes. A plush gray couch, which can convert to a queen-sized sleeper sofa, is flanked by a nautical blue loveseat and a floral patterned accent chair that all face a large TV. Four vibrant raised red chairs on the other side of this room are set on a faux butcher block topped bar where savory snacks may be served. The ample kitchen has cream colored cabinetry and everything you need to create a fun seafood feast. A hardwood dining table nearby has four colonial styled chairs for charmed dining.

A little village dock looks out upon Western Lake. This rare coastal dune lake is an exotic precious treasure as these lakes are found in very few places on earth. You might try to catch some fish or go paddle boarding to enjoy nature's splendor.

You are close to the famed Red Bar that provides great dining, drinks, live music and a place to go where celebrities are often spotted. Nearby Chiringo offers Spanish style food with tapas and drinks.
