This level features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, private bath, wall-mounted TV, and access to a raised wooden deck. A guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a dressing space in the closet.

Upstairs, an open great room consisting of the living, kitchen, and dining areas has been entirely redesigned for spacious entertainment. The living area features a comfortable couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa and a Teak driftwood table. It is a great area to enjoy drinks and casual conversation with good company. A wall-mounted TV is also provided for entertainment. Nearby, the eat-in kitchen includes granite countertops, glass bamboo backsplash, stainless-steel appliances, and ample cabinet space to store tasty treats. A bar-height Teak table with seating for six sits beside the open kitchen. Serve up a delicious coastal meal at the table, or enjoy your food outdoors on the rooftop deck, which is accessed through glass doors off the living room.
