Gulfside 1402 is a two-bedroom condominium that soars high above the sugar white beach at the exclusive Hidden Dunes Resort in Destin's Miramar Beach. A curved partially covered balcony places you front and center overlooking the emerald dappled waters of the glistening gulf. An outdoor dining table here makes it the perfect place to perch while enjoying cocktails or favorite appetizers as you soak up the scenery.

Inside, a plush couch and love seat face these views as well while a flat screen TV nearby provides evening entertainment. A wall of mirrors on one side of this room doubles these vivid views and creates a bright spacious feel. The dining table next to the open kitchen has six chairs beside a rectangular table. Three stools face a handsome granite bar where adult beverages and hors dourves may be served.

The Master Bedroom has a set of beachfront windows as well as a separate glass door that provides direct access to the balcony area. A king size bed is fashionably attired. This room also has a full luxury bath en suite. The Guest Bedroom features two full beds with white headboards. This room has access to a full hall bathroom that doubles as a convenient powder room. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs for evening entertainment.

Gulfside has a large beachfront swimming pool with a spacious deck and paver stone patio for sunning. A bubbling hot tub provides soothing relaxation. Clusters of palms rustle in the breeze beside the pool deck, which frames the gulfs' sensational watery scenery. You are literally steps away of either taking a freshwater plunge or luxuriating in the translucent waters of the gulf. Gulfside also features it's own fitness center. In addition, the resort has tennis courts available for pay to play matches.

The Hidden Dunes community is an exclusive gated resort tucked in near the jewel toned gulf and off Emerald Coast Parkway, making it a world of its own. However this prime location is just minutes away from world class shopping at the giant Silver Sands Premium Outlets championship golf at Seascape, and beachfront restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive. Fine restaurants, lively bars, specialty boutiques, family amusements, free concerts and special seasonal festivals are also close by at Grand Boulevard as well as the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.
