Welcome to Gulfside at Hidden Dunes 405, lovingly known as Nautical Dunes—a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo accommodating up to 6 guests. This fourth-floor retreat offers all living on one level and features a King Primary Suite, a guest bedroom with two Full beds, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, providing flexible comfort for families or couples traveling together. Step onto your private balcony and take in sweeping panoramas of the emerald Gulf and sugar-white shoreline, where morning coffee comes with a salty breeze and evenings glow in soft coastal light.

Inside, relaxed nautical touches and an open-concept layout create an inviting place to unwind. The living room offers plush seating, balcony access, and that stunning Gulf backdrop that instantly sets the tone for your stay. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space makes preparing beach-day breakfasts or sunset dinners effortless, while the dining area invites everyone to gather and reconnect. The King Primary Suite features private balcony access and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two Full beds and is conveniently located near the second full bath with a tub/shower combination. An in-unit laundry room adds everyday ease for longer stays.

Set within the gated, 27-acre Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort in Miramar Beach, guests enjoy access to a private stretch of pristine shoreline, a Gulf-front pool, hot tub, fitness center, basketball court, grilling areas, and six Rubico championship tennis courts (pay-to-play). Just beyond the gates, you’re minutes from Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, and The Village of Baytowne Wharf. Scenic Highway 30A is a short drive east for charming coastal towns and dining, while the lively Destin Harbor is just to the west.

Whether you’re lounging poolside, walking along the private beach, or simply savoring the endless Gulf views from your balcony, Gulfside at Hidden Dunes 405 offers a timeless beachfront escape designed for easy, memorable days by the water.

Fourth Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Bedroom with Two Full Beds and Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

This Condo only allows for 6 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is seasonally heated.

Great place to stay
Loved that we could walk to the beach from our location and it seemed more private as there was little to no other tourists around. Host was very responsive! Would stay again.:)
