The first floor welcomes you with an open-concept living space outfitted in soft beach tones and filled with natural light. The spacious living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and patio access—perfect for movie nights after sun-soaked days. The adjacent dining area and fully equipped kitchen feature white cabinetry, sleek countertops, and all the essentials, from a Keurig to a gas range. A king bedroom, full bath, and laundry room round out the main level. Upstairs, Bedroom Suite 2 boasts a king bed, private balcony, and spa-like en-suite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The bunk room features two twin-over-full bunks with trundles and a playful nautical theme, while the third-floor loft includes a twin bed with trundle and balcony access—ideal for younger guests.

Third Floor: Loft with Twin Bed and Twin Trundle + Balcony Access.

Guest House:

First Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during the week of Thanksgiving.

Spring Break Getaway

Everything we wanted and needed for a family vacay
Big, lovely, well appointed, house two blocks from the beach with shopping and restaurants nearby. The layout was so cool and worked great for our family with the kids and grandkids in the main house and the grandparents in the carriage house which was perfect for grabbing a quiet nap or getting ready in our own private suite.
