This inviting 5-bedroom, 4-bath home (including a separate carriage house) sleeps up to 16 guests and offers over 2,400 square feet of coastal-inspired living across three breezy levels. The first floor welcomes you with an open-concept living space outfitted in soft beach tones and filled with natural light. The spacious living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and patio access—perfect for movie nights after sun-soaked days. The adjacent dining area and fully equipped kitchen feature white cabinetry, sleek countertops, and all the essentials, from a Keurig to a gas range. A king bedroom, full bath, and laundry room round out the main level. Upstairs, Bedroom Suite 2 boasts a king bed, private balcony, and spa-like en-suite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The bunk room features two twin-over-full bunks with trundles and a playful nautical theme, while the third-floor loft includes a twin bed with trundle and balcony access—ideal for younger guests.

Separate from the main home, the private carriage house offers a relaxing retreat with a California king bed, Smart TV, and full en-suite bath with walk-in shower. Third Floor: Loft with Twin Bed and Twin Trundle + Balcony Access.

Guest House:

First Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during the week of Thanksgiving.
