This wonderful one-bedroom Miramar Beach vacation rental in the laid-back world of Gulfview is perfect as a romantic getaway for two. This first-floor vacation residence does indeed have a “gulf view” from the covered patio of this low-rise condo complex with an intimate dining table inviting you to enjoy the glittering jewel-toned waters. The exclusively gated beach access across the drive is silhouetted by tropical palm trees, which you can see from the patio. Since there are no stairs or elevators to navigate from this convenient ground-floor location, you are only steps away from the private sugary shoreline. Once your feet hit the sand, enjoy seasonal complimentary beach service with two chairs and one umbrella provided daily. Besides the beautiful private beach, there is a lagoon-shaped swimming pool, a grilling area, and laundry facilities just outside your front door.

Gulfview 117 has recently been updated with white quartz countertops in the kitchen and luxury bath, fresh paint, and new furnishings. The open living, dining, and kitchen area are filled with abundant natural light from the glass patio doors and an extra west-facing window from this sought-after “end unit.” A plush couch that doubles as a queen sleeper sofa sits beneath a vivid portrait of the glorious Gulf. It is flanked by two side tables with chic abalone base lamps and faces a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment. A rectangular brass cocktail table with a white marble top is provided for favorite drinks. Two comfortable cream-colored bucket chairs nearby flank a round brass table showcasing another abalone base lamp. Four fashionable vintage modern steel mesh raised chairs sit beside a white quartz-topped bar facing the open kitchen. It features brushed stainless steel appliances with everything needed to create fun culinary delights.

The primary bedroom has a contemporary coastal style with a new king-size bed that features a regal cloth headboard facing a flatscreen TV on a white cabinet for nighttime viewing pleasure. It should be noted that all bedding, including the linens, comforter, and duvet, are laundered after each visit. Decorative art includes a charming white panel mirror and paintings of seashells. The newly updated luxury bath includes a white quartz countertop cabinet and a handsomely tiled walk-in shower.

This outstanding Miramar Beach location on Scenic Gulf Drive places you close to popular gulf-front restaurants with beach bars that play live music. Three of them are just a short stroll away, including the vibrant Key West-styled Pompano Joe’s, Kenny D's for Cajun-inspired seafood, and Captain Dave’s, a local favorite serving delicious fresh gulf-caught seafood. Perfect little condo
It was a tad bit small for my family of 4. However I knew ahead of time that it would be. It was really clean and decorated so cute and beachy. I hate houses/condos that are close to the beach but is decorated with dark and ugly colors. This lil condo is decorated just as it should be. Check in was super easy and we really enjoyed our stay. Love the private beach access and the complimentary beach chairs with an umbrella. The condo also supplies two beach chairs to carry to the beach in case you have more than 2 people. The water was so beautiful. Can see your toes and the fish that swim around your feet. The condo is in a great location where you can basically walk to many restaurants or rent yourself a golf cart and use that to go everywhere. I give this place 5 stars and an A+.
