This grand Gulf front home has seven bedrooms with a fantastic location off Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach near restaurants, beach bars, and abundant amusements. This beachfront vacation rental may become your favorite "beach" home away from home for your family since it has the ability to sleep up to 18 fortunate guests. It's a perfect place for a beach reunion as it can accommodate multiple members of your family and friends with separate sleeping quarters. The main residence has five bedrooms while a Carriage House has two more along with its own living area and full kitchen. Every bedroom also has a private full bath en suite.

Happy Days is perched high upon a sugary dune that provides endless panoramic views of the jewel-toned gulf and shimmering white ribbon of beautiful beach below. You have plenty of places to enjoy these views from the house since the upper level has a wraparound covered veranda and the first floor has a columned open porch facing a spacious sundeck. The sundeck is centered on a pool near stairs that lead down to the shore. Within a minute you may go from taking a refreshing pool plunge to floating around in the glowing gulf. The sunsets from this paramount locale are truly spectacular going from autumn until spring when the golden orb majestically descends into the Gulf towards the southwest. During the summer a magical full moon provides heavenly views of silvery light as it rises up from and sparkles above the gulf. Such evenings may inspire romantic walks along the shimmering moonlit shore down below the sugary dune.

The wide-open living area is very richly appointed with comfortable furnishings along with decorative art that includes Oriental rugs, fish trophies, vibrant seascapes, and Floridian flourishes. A wall of windows facing the beach brightens this spacious room. Two plush tanned couches and accent armchairs face a wall-mounted TV for entertainment (live TV not provided). A regal formal dining table for eight is on one side of this room and an elegant five seated gaming table on the other.  The bright white kitchen features a sleek granite-topped bar, four raised leather seats, and all appliances for creating fun culinary delights.

The Master Bedroom and a Guest Bedroom upstairs have access to the beach balcony. All bedrooms have elegant décor with comfortable furnishings, and one is a colorful Bunk Room. The luxurious Master Bath has luxurious has double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a marble tiled garden tub. An intimate den includes a richly carved cabinet with a large TV (live TV not provided). The charming cottage styled Carriage House has two bedrooms, a spacious living area, full kitchen and dining table with four chairs.

This South Walton home is within walking distance to the "Vue on 30A" restaurant which is part of the Santa Rosa Beach Club with an eighteen hole golf course described by Golf Magazine as "the purest golf on the Florida panhandle." The restaurant features Floridian and Caribbean seafood. An ultra-modern cocktail lounge has comfortable furnishings, and the elegant dining room overlooks the beautiful Gulf. Another popular restaurant nearby whimsically named "Stinky's Fish Camp" serves excellent fresh seafood and gulf caught fish. Gulf Place is minutes away featuring specialty shops, galleries, restaurants, concerts and fun festivals.
