This Gulf-front two-bedroom vacation rental at Huntington By The Sea in magnificent Miramar Beach has cozy accommodations for six sun-loving guests. Huntington By The Sea is a five-story tall residential enclave nestled between a lovely natural lagoon and the crystalline white-sand beach. Guests have a sense of privileged privacy in this low-density community compared to the towering high-rise luxury towers nearby. Amenities include a private beach, sparkling swimming pool, and a sun patio on a sugary dune overlooking the jewel-toned gulf. A grilling area is also provided to inspire fun family barbecues or surf-n-turf meals. A stairway easily leads down to the beautiful beach below. You can go from taking a refreshing pool plunge to luxuriating in the glittering gulf in no time at all!

Huntington By The Sea 302 is a spacious third-floor condo with light parchment-colored tile, a mirrored wall, and sliding glass doors that frame views of the sensational seascape. The beachfront balcony has a premier placement, providing glorious views of the Gulf and swimming pool below. It spans the condo's entire width with direct access from the living room and primary bedroom. The open living area has a plush couch, which doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, plus a matching loves seat and chair that ensembles around a dark wood cocktail table. It faces a large flatscreen TV on a handsome hardwood console table and Gulf views highlighted by sliding glass balcony doors. A rectangle wood-topped table nearby sits beneath an elegant chandelier with four stylish high-backed chairs and a bench for charmed dining. The bright kitchen has white custom cabinetry with matching appliances to fulfill all culinary needs. A wide buffet-style bar is perfect for serving up tasty appetizers and treats.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with an ornate upscale driftwood-inspired bedroom set beside an entire wall of sliding glass balcony doors featuring glorious Gulf views. A large flatscreen TV sits on a hardwood dresser at the foot of the bed for nighttime viewing pleasure. A convenient ensuite bath includes a tiled tub-shower combination. The sunny guest bedroom has a clean, crisp look with a queen-size bed flanked by two antique side tables with lamps and has access to a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination.

Aptly placed in Miramar Beach, this fantastic location is close to popular restaurants, beach bars, grocery stores, wine shops, and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Primary Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Based on daily temperatures and at the HOA’s discretion, the community pool is scheduled to be heated from mid-January through early April.

Very happy!

Due to a leak, I had to change properties the day before my trip, and I'm glad I did! I loved being right on the beach, and the beach service was great. The condo was nice, and immaculate! Plenty of towels were provided (for 2 people). We didn't do any cooking but it looked to be well stocked in the kitchen. Wifi worked well. There is a regular coffee pot, and a basic Keurig maker. Also a regular toaster (not toaster oven). I always used to buy drinking water when at the beach, but did not need to. The tap water tasted fine (better than home)!

Huntington By The Sea 302 does not offer a monthly rental rate, but not to worry! We have many other properties that do. Give us a call, and a reservations specialist will help you find the perfect fit!
