Based on daily temperatures and at the HOA’s discretion, the community pool is scheduled to be heated from mid-January through early April.

Perfect Condo on the Beach
This condo is exactly what we needed to celebrate my wife finishing her military service. It's right on the beach, cozy, and quiet. There was only maintenance issue, and Ocean Reef addressed it quickly & professionally.

Great condo. Great location.
We enjoyed staying at this condo. The condo and the grounds are very clean and we felt very safe. The grounds workers were friendly and helpful. The balcony is a good size so we spent a lot of time there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook meals. There is a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker - it was great to have both. There isn't a washer and dryer in the unit but both are located directly across the hall which was very convenient. Both machines take credit cards so that was easy. We rented bikes and could easily ride to the coffee shops, grocery, outlet mall & restaurants. We would stay here again for sure.

We do not recommend chores while on vacation, but if you insist, Huntington By The Sea 402 includes a coin-operated community washer and dryer just outside the front door of the unit. Don't forget to bring your laundry detergent!

Does the unit use cable TV in each of the rooms or smart TV?
