This newly completed four-story Miramar Beach rental residence includes eight bedrooms and sleeps 30 fortunate guests. Its excellent location is less than a four-minute walk away from the sugary shoreline beside the jeweled Gulf of Mexico waters. But why walk to the beach when you can take the complimentary six-seater golf cart or bikes? Don't forget to bring along the four backpack beach chairs also provided on the house! This outstanding home features a massive 33'x28' private swimming pool, so you are just steps away from refreshing fun before or after hitting the beach. It includes a bubbling hot tub that cascades down into the pool beside it, an expansive patio with lounge chairs for relaxing sunny leisure, and an umbrella table with a grill for poolside dining. Two additional dining tables and a comfortable seating area are located on a veranda overlooking the pool patio.

When you're ready to venture indoors, Hypnautic features a game room on the first floor with a pool table, shuffleboard, and a video arcade game. It also features a living area with a built-in bar for fun and easy entertaining. A large in-home movie theater off the game room boasts a large projection screen and stadium seating with eight reclining black leather chairs for visual entertainment. Two of the lovely guest quarters are also on this floor. They include a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, and patio access. Guests will also find a twin sleeper sofa on this level for added bedding. A full communal bath conveniently serves as a restroom or dressing area for the pool.

The second floor includes the spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas. A wall of sliding glass doors provides abundant natural light and leads out to an upper-level balcony that spans its width. A comfortably furnished seating area and a dining table overlook the sparkling swimming pool. The living room includes a large dove gray-colored wraparound couch, two elegant armchairs, sleek accent chairs, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment. Nearby a thick wood-planked dining table flanked by six stylish high-backed chairs sits beneath a hoop-shaped chandelier with vintage lighting. The open kitchen features additional space for wining and dining with eight wide saddle-topped stools next to a large white island. A striking ebony-toned tile backsplash is the perfect accent against floating shelves and white custom cabinetry. Top-of-the-line brushed stainless steel appliances provide everything needed to create a fun family feast. Another guest quarters on this level features a king-sized bed, a twin sleeper sofa, direct balcony access, and an ensuite luxury bath with a walk-in shower. A half bath off the living area also serves as a convenient powder room.

The six other beautifully appointed guest quarters are on the top floor, and five of them feature ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom on this level includes a king-sized bed and also has access to the covered balcony. The contemporary coastal-style bedroom furnishings are quite comfortable. This level also features a den and multiple bunk beds with another fun video arcade game for the kids. Head upstairs to the fourth-floor rooftop deck with impressive views of the gulf and the surrounding beachside community.

Perfectly positioned in Miramar Beach, the sugary shoreline is only a stone's throw away with multiple access points to the glistening gulf. The Miramar Beach Regional Beach Access is ADA accessible and has parking, restrooms, outdoor showers, and lifeguards on duty during peak times of the year. The popular Pompano Joe's restaurant at the end of the promenade overlooks the dazzling gulf. They serve tasty appetizers, seafood baskets, gumbo, sandwiches, fresh fish entrees, and favorite drinks. This stellar location is also minutes away from many other popular restaurants with friendly beach bars. Ocean Reef Resorts guests get special rates nearby at a championship golf course and a tennis center at Seascape Resort. It is also close to grocery stores and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Wonderful restaurants, bars with live music, shopping adventures, family amusements, outdoor concerts, fabulous year-round festivals, and seasonal fireworks are minutes away at Sandestin's enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and the swank town center of Grand Boulevard.

Great Vscation

Ocean Reef did a great job from beginning to end . Francisco was a great help in getting us connected with this property. This was our 22nd year vacationing in Destin. The only negative we had was that the kitchen could use more cooking supplies and the living room and kitchen furnishings were a little worn out put all in all the house was great. The pool was amazing and the gulf cart was new and comfortable.The beds were all the best part of all the rooms. After a long action filled vacation day the beds were supper comfortable.

Plenty of room for a large group of men for a golf trip

This properly comfortably hosted 16 of us. Guys could congregate or slip away to unwind as necessary. Hot tub and pool were great! We did have a couple of minor maintenance issues, but Ocean Reef was very responsive and correctly everything as soon as possible

Our stay at the Hypnautic property managed by Ocean Reef was an unforgettable experience.

The property was stunning and exceeded all our expectations. We celebrated my mom's 70th birthday here, and it was the perfect setting for such a special occasion. 3 Happy Families!

Haven't had this much fun since college, plenty of room for all three of our families' children to spread out and enough luxury to razzle dazzle the wives - the pool table room opening on the actual pool deck and outdoor kitchen was our favorite touch! We put some miles on the beach cruisers and barely drove anywhere.

What is the highest temp you can heat the pool up to?

Answer:

The private pool can be heated between October and April for an additional fee. The pool temperature is set between eighty (80) and eighty-five (85) degrees. Once reserved - you can call, email, or message via the Guest Portal to have the pool heater turned on. See you soon!

Are bath towels and beach towels provided?

Answer:

We provide linens and sheets for the beds, bath towels, and washcloths. You will want to bring your own beach towels, as we do not provide them. Our properties are furnished with enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a k-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.
