They face a large flatscreen TV for entertainment mounted above a handsome, rich burlwood cabinet. A round bamboo framed glass-top dining table nearby has matching chairs with cushioned seats and gulf views through two corner windows. The bright kitchen has a sunny window, white cabinetry, quartz countertops, and appliances. A full hall bath with a tub shower combination serves as a powder room and extra place to wash off sandy feet after some beach fun. However, the raised ground floor includes a convenient outdoor shower, along with a BBQ grill and picnic table for outdoor cookouts.

The spacious primary bedroom encompasses the entire third floor. These quarters include light hardwood furnishings that feature a tropical look with a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV on a dresser, a glass table for two near a set of windows, and an ensuite bath with double vanities and a tub-shower combination. The guest bedroom is on the top floor and is furnished with the same light stylish tropical furnishings as the primary suite with a queen size bed. It also includes a private bath with a walk-in shower and a covered balcony where you may enjoy the glorious gulf views. A raised table has four chairs with colorful tropical cushions that match a charming hunter-green rocking chair.

This outstanding Inlet Beach locale is close to wonderful shopping adventures and great restaurants at the swank 30Avenue. The enchanting Dutch Colonial-styled coastal village of Rosemary Beach is also nearby. It has fine restaurants with friendly bars, fashion boutiques, galleries, specialty shops, fun festivals with family amusements on the village lawns, outdoor concerts, and vibrant seasonal firework displays. Nature lovers will love Camp Helen State Park down the beach bordering a giant forested coastal dune lake treasure with fishing spots and nature trails.
