This romantic beach hideaway is in a laid back carefree part of South Walton that's off the beaten path! The one bedroom vacation residence is perfect for two, but you may also bring the kids since it also comes with bunk beds off the hallway and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area. The serene, remote residential community of Inlet Beach is located at the eastern end of Scenic 30A. This special locale has an Old Florida lifestyle because it is nestled beside many acres of soaring sugary dunes that border the crystalline white quartz beach. Inlet Dunes features a lovely swimming pool and a walkway that leads down to the beach access ramp (no steps!), which is just across a small beach road. After a dip in the pool, you may stroll down the quiet, beautiful beach (with seasonal lifeguard) to Camp Helen State Park, which straddles land between the jewel-toned gulf and the largest coastal dune lake in northwest Florida - known as Lake Powell. Coastal Dune Lakes are quite exotic and found in very few other places in the world. Their magical mixture of salt and freshwater supports a huge abundance of wildlife that includes great fishing.

The southwesterly exposure allows you to enjoy spectacular sunsets over the gorgeous gulf especially from late fall until early spring. Full moons reach their peak performance over the gulf during the rest of the year. The living area has a comfortable casual feel with a few touches of fashionable vintage mid-century modern embellishments. A plush beige couch and two accent chairs face the views as well as a flatscreen TV for entertainment. The open kitchen includes a wall of creamy white cabinetry, gleaming stainless steel appliances and a malted gray granite-topped bar with two raised seats. A dining area nearby has four decorative straw-backed chairs that match the round beach-washed table for charmed dining.

The Primary Bedroom is decorated with white furnishings done in a comfortable cottage style with has a king-sized bed, a sunny window and direct access to a full luxury bath. This bathroom includes a sleek ebony black-topped vanity counter and a tub-shower combination dressed with a top border of flat stone pebbles. It is also accessible from the hallway to serve as a convenient powder room.

This Inlet Beach location places you minutes away from Pier Park in Panama City Beach towards the east, which has one of the longest fishing piers on the Gulf of Mexico and has an abundant array of restaurants, friendly beach bars, specialty shops, boutiques, a multiplex movie theater as well as seasonal festivals, many of which also include fireworks. Minutes away towards the west is the charming Dutch Colonial West Indies styled village of Rosemary Beach with its own assortment of restaurants, bistros, boutiques and fun festivals.
