Island Time hosts over 2,000 square feet of space for lovely leisurely lounging. Miramar Beach Villas is an exclusive gated residential community just off Scenic Gulf Drive and is completed in a charming Mediterranean style. This prime location places you just a few hundred feet away from pristine white sand beaches. The community is lushly landscaped with an assortment of breezy palms, palmettos, tropical shrubs and flowering hibiscus. Miramar Beach Villas also feature a refreshing community pool surrounded by an ample sun deck.

Island Time has three bedrooms and a big bonus room on the third floor and sleeps up to ten guests. This luxury duplex is fashionable and professionally decorated with pleasing pastel earth tones. The sleek modern style is accented with decorative flourishes that include whimsical star fish lamps and a Blue Marlin in the den. The open living area has a large comfortable couch facing a flat screen TV. Warm latte colored tile flooring flows throughout the main living area while carpeting is in all three bedrooms. A wooden dining table has four chic decorative chairs, while three additional guests can sit on the matching raised seats at the granite topped counter bar that faces an ample open kitchen. The charming Guest Bedroom on the first floor has a king sized bed with access to a porch and full hall bathroom.

An open staircase leads upstairs to the spacious Master Suite that has a comfortable king sized bed that faces a flat screen TV. It also has luxurious bathroom en suite as well as a breezy balcony. The Guest Bedroom on this level has a queen sized bed with access an outdoor balcony and a full hall bathroom. A Bunk Nook is in a hideaway closet off the hallway. The big bonus space upstairs on the third level serves as a den with a wrap around couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa, a comfortable recliner, a flat screen TV and its own private balcony.

Island Time's Miramar Beach location places you minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants and fun friendly bars. In fact one of them, the quaint and casual Whales Tail is just a short stroll away. Many other restaurants, bars, retail boutiques, free musical entertainment and a movie theater are also close by in picture perfect villages like Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. In addition the nation's largest designer outlet known as Silver Sands provides opportunities for world class goods at bargain prices This location is equidistant from the active Destin scene as well as the laid back beauty of South Walton's Scenic 30A. However many who arrive here never feel the need to leave this perfect part of paradise.

Third Floor: Bonus Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access.

For the safety of our guests the gas fireplace has been disabled.

Tents and canopies are not permitted on the beach. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service provider.
